The service started out good with photos of what they did, it’s waned since the first treatment. I even question whether they did anything in their last treatment.

They are very reliable
They are very reliable. When we have appointments, they always show up. They do a great job, knocking down any nests or webs that are visible on the day they come spray. They not only do the exterior of the house, but will do the interior if we request. Great company, great price, great people I’d highly recommend.

An Aptiv employee who seemed in a hurry…
An Aptiv employee who seemed in a hurry to complete the job. He only had two of the insect catching boxes on him when he arrived. He said he would drop off extras later in the day or the following day. It is Wednesday and he has not dropped any of the insect boxes to the house.

When I moved into this house there was…
When I moved into this house there was fleas they came out and after treating one time I did start to see the difference after just two treatments really there was a sharp Decline and after three treatments there was no more and haven't been any since and that was about 7 months ago. It's been Blissful resting at night and the kids are very happy with this. The first guy they sent out he was just so knowledgeable and friendly. Also was having rodent problem here and they laid bait station outside and gave me traps for inside I only caught two mice with the traps inside and the bait station took care of the rest within a month. The kids are resting more comfortably in the house is quiet and peaceful at night again. Thank you

Did the job and arrived on time
Did the job and took photos showing some of the places he treated, but there were only 3 of them. I can only assume he did everywhere around the house and the yard. I have not seen any bugs.

Won't let me cancel service, too expensive
The service is expensive and they try to come more often than I like. They are hard to get ahold of. I tried to cancel the service, but they won't let me even though I have fulfilled my one year contract. I agreed to try their service for a lower cost in a year, but they keep trying to schedule an appointment, even though I told them I was dropping them for at least a year. I cannot find a number to talk to a real person. The service itself was fine.

Most thorough service call I have had
Dameian and his trainees did a great job today. Probably the most thorough service call I have ever had! He treated the inside and outside and took care to ensure the treatment didn't hit anything that should have been avoided. He provided multiple pictures of what he found outside and it helped show what was actually being done.
