With market volatility recently, I would have most definitely gotten liquidated had I been borrowing with another lender. Having liquidation as high as 90% definitely gave me enough time to top up my account and prevent any liquidation. Also thank you for the constant reminders to top up! As annoying as they can be, they definitely established the urgency to take action. 10/10 product and service.

Loan disbursement very rapid, automated.

Zero human communication for two weeks regarding additional fiat payments, until after I posted on twitter. Then replied within 1 hour to me, claimed their replies to me must have gone to my junk, but some how all of their automated emails got through.

Stay away from this company, these clowns expect you only to deposit bitcoin and give you no way to deposit fiat for you loan unless through their 'support' which never replies.

My loan got margin called because I wouldn't deposit more bitcoin, and they refused to acknowledge emails I sent since two weeks prior to the MC about how to pay down fiat or give me information on wire transfers to them.

Lost 1 bitcoin with these clowns.
