My experience was excellent and very professional just like a couple of years ago when I got my first bed I will recommend to anyone how good the service was

The beds are amazing and the mattress that comes with it. They are also very responsive, helpful, detailed and on time. Highly recommended if you're on a budget but still wants a high quality bed and mattress.

I think all the other 1 star reviews talk for them selfs bed came broken no intention to fix it they told me to fix it myself by getting a part from b&q not a great company

I ordered 4 beds. 2 were faulty and the pillows were not delivered with the beds. I chased and chased until they finally sent it 6 weeks later. The middle panel broke on one bed and I got it fixed at my own cost. Then the wood on the side panel fell off another bed. I was offered replacement panels which again I chased for. I finally came today but can not be fitted because the fixings are wrong. He said they can come back, I said where will they fix because I don’t want anyone going upstairs in the room because my daughter is autistic and the last time the driver wanted to use the toilet to poo but was insisting he goes upstairs. He then sent me a rude message swearing at me and called me a racist because I told him the driver wanted to poo upstairs even though I offered the toilet downstairs! He then said they will not be coming back and said I complained too much! I will be taking this further! Don’t trust these people!!!

From placing the order to the delivery I was notified step by step everything was spot on very helpful with assisting me in making me choose the style colour and fabric a surprise bedroom makeover for my Son and the super king size bed which he absolutely loves
It is a beautiful piece of their work
Thank you A&Q beds for making memories for both me and my Son I highly recommend their beds
Now my daughter wants one too and have placed a second order with these guys

Had my tv bed delivered this week. Excellent quality and very comfortable. Very quick and efficient service, all the staff very polite and helpful. I had a few questions before ordering and they were more than happy to help responding to WhatsApp messages very quickly. Would 100% recommend.

Got my bed a week ago now, it’s unreal! They are so so easy to deal with and very quick at replying. I got my bed ordered (colour/fabric/size choosen) delivery date confirmed and deposit paid all within 30-40 minutes id say, felt like less. The guys delivering and assembly the bed were really friendly and got it up in no time! Would def recommend and will definitely repurchase off them in the future 10/10 x

I ordered my bed two weeks ago. I am absolutely delighted. It is absolutely beautiful. Great service great price and lovely people too deal with I will definitely order again and recommend them to my family and friends hundred percent.

Brilliant prices and quick delivery. We brought 4 beds in total. I Had a slight issue with getting one of the headboard up my stairs however excellent customer service. The head board was collected cut in two and brought back.Highly recommend

I would highly recommend, as I ordered a bed on Friday and received it on Tuesday. I ordered a king sized bed and it wasn’t what I had pictured in my head it was even better when it was delivered and set up. The prices of the beds are reasonable and as well the beds come with a mattress. If I was to shop anywhere for a bed again I would definitely be shopping here and the quality of the bed is so good easy to assemble together. I’m happy with the communication, the delivery and of course the bed. I would like to thank A&A Beds & furniture use guys are the best 👌🏼👌🏼

He is such a gentleman and very supportive throughout the whole process and amazing customer service and efficient. His beds are amazing and the best quality. SEXUAL HARASSMENT!!!
Do not trust or contact these guys. Im a female and I sent a message via WhatsApp to A&Q interested in purchasing a bed at 11:22pm on Tuesday. Shortly after I received a video from another number by the name of Josh. He was playing with himself sexually. This was quite random as my number was brand new & had only contacted A&Q with it. After conversating with him he admitted to getting my number from the recent message I had sent to the A&Q WhatsApp. I have also sent an email to A&Q using the email address provided on the website. I have also screen shotted and screen recorded the conversation. It goes without saying to be contacted in this manner privately after reaching out to a company is a breach of my personal data along with sexual harassment. I have tried to rectify this matter through Facebook also. They point blank deny the matter and then block you. A shame I can’t upload screen shots as proof. Police will be informed. Disgusting experience!

From the start of my order the service has been unbelievable, the bed got delivered yesterday and wow the quality is unbelievable! It’s stunning, will definitely be ordering again in the future!

DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COWBOY COMPANY! They’ll only be helpful till they get their money and soon as they get that communication is none existent paid over £1000 for a bed & mattress and the bed looks like a 10year old made it with faults! Then when explained to “the owner” had multiple excuses for 3/4 weeks, then finally sent me a “engineer” who turn up in sandals and no tool box or equipment! Had to pay someone and get all their mistakes sorted out myself! I have reported them to HMRC be invested for “tax evasion” and also the health & safety executive to be investigated for health & safety in their “factory & engineers” Also don’t want no “we are sorry etc” the company’s been reported and this review is so other people think twice before giving their money.
