Called Aquaheat out to a leaky shower. Paid £200 call out fee. Was told that the leak was due to a crack in the shower tray. Quoted a crazy price to fit a new tray and enclosure. I asked for details/picture/specification of the tray and enclosure they had quoted for as I wanted to get an idea of how it would look/if it would match the rest of the bathroom. Over a week later and still no further details. As the shower was left unusable I approached another plumber who fixed the leak without replacing the tray or enclosure and the leak was not caused by the crack in the tray after all!

Very speedy and high quality service, each stage was clearly explained with possible options and pricing implications.
I’d genuinely encourage anyone wanting plumbing work done to get in contact with AquaHeat as they are so obliging and keen to help.
Booking service made it very easy to plan around work being done.
Customer service that is a pleasure to deal with!

I just need to say “wow – what excellent service”! I only completed your contact form online yesterday afternoon and less than 24 hours later, I’ve had a plumber visit, diagnose the problem and fit a new shower. I am so impressed. Great experience start to finish, I had some plumbing issues and was worried about what the problem was! I contacted AquaHeat and they were so helpful on the phone, listened to the issues and booked me in promptly! The plumber rang me on the day to say he was on his way and when he arrived / he throughly explained everything! An hour later and job was done - he also magically took out a tile (as our bathroom is fully tiled) and put it back in without breaking - magic! Will definitely only be going to AquaHeat for any plumbing etc!

Aqua heat came recommended after our insurance company couldn’t assist us.
I made an enquiry and forwarded the documents from the insurance company to aqua heat and I received a call from Mark where I explained the situation and arranged for our bathroom to be measured for repair.
Kelly was very helpful and understood the stress of not having a working shower and they rushed our job through so we could go back to normality asap.
Rojko came and recommended the materials needed and worked tirelessly to put measures in place to ensure we wouldn’t have a leak again from the shower. He found materials which matched current tiling and was very professional and hard working.
I will be using aqua heat again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to family/friends.

We had trouble experience with this company. We had an issue with a leak in our bathroom and we have explained everything to the engineer but unfortunately they took our money and left us with broken tap, and wobbly sink. We aren't able to use our sink anymore and now we are using kitchen sink to brush our teeth and wash.we sent them an email with photos of the sink and they said they were sorry and will investigate but unfortunately they start to blame us for the broken our own tap we are upset and angry and very disappointed with this company's service and behaviour.

My son was in hospital and we were having problems with his boiler, we ended up having to call Aquaheat out as an emergency in the end and I can't praise them enough.
The engineer, Anel is an absolute credit to Aquaheat. He was thorough, professional, explained everything to us and a full report was provided the next day.
We had so much on our minds with the worry of our son and so didn't need the added stress about the boiler, but we didn't need to be, everything was taken care of so quickly.
Thank you so much Aquaheat, we will definitely be using you again and recommending you to family and friends

Alfie and Anel have been out to my property today and have done a fantastic job sorting out a clogged and cracked waste pipe. They cleared the blockage which was a very unpleasant task I'm sure and replaced my cracked waste pipe which had been leaking on my path. Great people in the office too with excellent customer service and a great price as well! Thanks so much

excellent service and good price, on time and very friendly and polite. found the problem straight away and went through exactly what needed to be done. all fixed with in 15 minuets. Would high recommend this company.

Stewart attended annual boiler service. He was polite, respectful and courteous. Also tested my fire alarm. Would recommend.

My boiler had broken and was without heating and hot water. I contacted aquahea, they come out to evaluate the situation, spoke me through the best options and was back the following morning to fit my new boiler. Kellie was fantastic on the phone, very friendly and made me feel at ease. Nick the fitter greeted me with a huge smile and a very friendly welcome. He finished everything within the day leaving no mess, I couldn’t even tell he had been. Great customer service, best price within the area and overall fantastic service and aftercare. Aquaheat emergency plumber came out an fixed unstoppable leak from burst pipe behind washing machine. Arrived quickly. Good service. Would recommend.

Excellent. Work was completed on budget and on time. Communication also excellent. Aquaheat have done a number of projects for me, I recommend them without reservation.

John came around Tuesday to look at a fault and provide a service. Instead of selling me a service to fix the fault once found - he suggested I check the warranty as it's a property I've only recently moved into, I was unsure if the cover existed.
The next day ideal sent someone to repair for no cost. John returned today and finished the service. And I am a happy customer having simply paid the service cost.
