Aquiline Tracking Reviews 

Had a parcel delivered by this company, it arrived aprox 8.30pm without any previous notice. Package left at the front door of our block of flats on a main road. The driver never pressed my door bell so i new someone was there. Then got an email from ebay 1 hour later saying your parcel has been delivered. Luckily it was still there but this company is thw worst and i will be asking companies who they use to deliver the post and if its Aquiline i will find someone else to buy from. I doubt this company even have a delivery lisence. EVERYONE BE AWARE OF THID COWBOY COMPANY

Why say 'Out for delivery' when clearly it isn't.
No other info, no details regarding which courier is supposed to be delivering, no info on where my parcel has been or is now!
'Despatched on the 16th' ... my arse!

Sellers on eBay are using this deceptive/fake tracking service to scam people. I ordered an item and after the tracking said it was delivered, I went to pick it up. My local post office told me they never received the package. Aquiline is NOT a legitimate service. Buyer beware.

il gestore delle spedizioni non ha creato/caricato bene il codice per il Fermopoint, quindi nonostante io avessi richiesto la consegna in un Punto autorizzato da eBay, questi mi hanno chiamato dicendomi che non prendevano il pacco in consegna poiché sarebbe stato come un favore personale. Pessimo il Fermopoint ("bar di piazza" di Brozzi, Firenze) e pessimo il processamento che stava a monte. L'unica con un po' di umanità è stata il corriere, e ho detto tutto.

Item tracked and supposedly delivered- the courier must have walked past us, which he didn't! Photo supplied but not our door or package. On ebay there seems to be a constant problem with the courier with items marked delivered and they are not .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered some dewalt batteries from the east coast. Seller says he's sending them economy. So it will take maybe two weeks to get to Hawaii. Well, supprise, supprise, Aquiline says it delivered it in 2 days. From the east coast to Hawaii!
They never delivered to my residence. Said they delivered at 4:30 in the morning, yeah right who works delivering at 4:30 in the morning. I contacted them, then they wanted the tracking # which i provided and never heard anything again from them and the seller. Been referred to Ebay for resolution.

My driveway is clearly marked with a sign and they claim it was delivered, it was not. I also have security cameras that would have captured them on video, and there is nothing. Worthless scamming company! The package came from CA and the tracking shows that they picked up the package before shipping label was created. This tracking on ebay showed that carrier was still waiting for the item on Friday, and now claim it went from CA to PA in one day. Also ebay said package would be delivered next Thursday.

I checked trucking of my purchase from eBay today at 9pm. Trucking shows out for delivery with today’s date Lawrence Township,US with time 10:36:00. Where is this township? What state? Why time is different than actual time in Mercer County where this item should be out for delivery? Maybe it is out for delivery in Lawrence Township in Michigan. Why trucking is not showing in which state it is out for delivery. I have no idea who will deliver it as well. Trucking doesn’t show this information.
It can be delivered by Amazon,FedEx or USPS who knows. I hope it is not a scam.

My Tracking number is AQUAAA4860400626YQ As SAIDmy package was delivered I went to retrieve it less than 5 minutes later and nothing is there I went around the corner for my place is on the corner of a cross intersection I asked and checked with my whole neighborhood 2 blocks North, South, East, and West of me nobody has my package or had package delivered to them at that time when I came back to home I complained I didn't get no delivery to the seller and didn't get no response from them until morning and was a picture of package by my door I then replied back how did you get picture and when the seller claim they only got message saying delivery and never got picture and gave me the correct time and date same as me I replied I didn't get the picture until morning from them the The seller and I told them I checked in a 2 block radius shortly after this package saying DELIVERED and I went to retrieve less than 5 minutes later and I got nothing and checked all round of a 2 block radius and NOTHING AND NO COMPANY SENT ME A PICTURE ONLY THEM THE SELLER AND I WANT MY SAME PACKAGE RESENT OR MY MONEY BACK AND WHEN I RESEARCHED ON GOOGLE THAT THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THAT WORKS THROUGH AMAZON INTERNAL NUMBERS AND MENTIONED THAT YOU HAVE SCAMMED BEFORE AND I ALONG WITH OTHERS TO BE AWARE AND BEWARE.OF YOUR COMPANY FOR YOU (Aquiline & SELLER & possibly Amazon)ARE FRAUDINGPEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TRYING TO GET AMAZON INVOLVED if they are I don't know about it and trying to get eBay in trouble by putting your Tracking number (Aquiline)and your on their Tracking platform TROUBLE SO I'M TURNING(Aquiline and Seller) INTO BBB (BETTER BUISSNES Bureau and eBay SINCERELY BRIAN R MITCHELL P.S..After proofreading my review Aquiline sent me a photo of exactly the same as the Seller showed me hours before but wasn't on the tracking page when stating DELIVERED so how did the Seller but delivery people didn't IM SO CONFUSED EXCEPT 2 THINGS I'M SURE OF #1 I DON'T HAVE MY PACKAGE AND #2 LOST MY MONEY I DIDN'T WANT TO MENTION NAMES BUT I THINK PEOPLE NEED TO BE AWARE IN CASE THEY RUN INTO THE SAME PROBLEM

24 May 2026 ordered an item from Ebay UK seller.
28 May received tracking number.
Courier named as Aquiline. Googled them.
Aquiline is NOT a courier service it is a Tracking company set up in UAE.
Ebay do not endorse them. The seller 'employs' them.
I understand that Aquiline Tracking are able to convert Amazon Logistics tracking numbers for Ebay sellers. If Aquiline Tracking are involved, the Ebay seller is either sending the order directly from a supplier or is drop-shipping from Amazon - which again, Ebay do not permit.
However, Aquiline Tracking do not track the parcel in real-time. **As soon as the couriers receive the parcel, Aquiline Tracking incorrectly registers it as delivered!
And sure enough - 28 May at 4.20pm I received email stating the parcel had been delivered at 2.05pm that afternoon even though no courier had been at my property and no parcel was delivered!!
Contacted seller who stated the parcel had been delivered and 'handed to resident'.
I requested a copy of the delivery photograph to try to ascertain where it may have been delivered.
I emailed Aquiline Tracking , who also claimed the parcel had been 'handed to resident' at 2.05pm.
Neither the seller nor Aquiline were able to provide a photograph of delivery and also refused to answer my question as to who the courier company was.
The seller stopped responding until I sent 'item not received' through to Ebay. He then messaged me to offer a 'partial refund'!
Absolutely not! Full refund only!
Neither the seller nor Aquiline tracking took responsibility for non delivered parcel!
29 May at 2.52pm an Amazon Logistics courier handed me the parcel and (as always), took a photo! Label showed parcel received by couriers at 2.05pm the previous day!!
Aquiline Tracking has failed to investigate this, failed to respond and failed to apologise to me.
The seller has refunded me by way of apology.
Aquiline Tracking is reading Amazon Logistics Tracking incorrectly and this is where the mistakes are being made.

Package was NOT delivered, I am sick of non performing couriers who "employ" anyone who is prepared to work for low money and do not give a fig if the parcels are delivered or not.

Right up there with the larger companies!

The reason for joining Trustpilot & leaving a "review" of this company (which I have NEVER done)... Was solely for the fact that the Aquiline Shipping Co offered a $10 Amazon gift card, upon the posting of review.
Now, of course, they have informed me...
"At the moment, the gift/free credits program has been temporarily discontinued."
REALLY?!
Disappointing but not surprised anymore...

Sadly a testament that, what used to be expected... SIMPLY HONESTY, is long, long, gone... & IMO?? ...MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANY TRACKING INFORMATION 🤔

Sorry, cannot do minus numbers. Product ordered on Thurs night and delivered the next day Good Friday. This was surprizing given that delivery was supposed to be days later. Problem: inspite of the fact that the goods would easily have gone through the letterbox, the product was dumped on my next door neighbours back garden. No notification of delivery. I assumed it was couriers massaging their delivery stats. I chased the sellers a couple of days later and found out where it had been dumped. The sellers were initially helpful then not. Anyway the package, might have blown away in the high wind. V embarrassing asking my neighbours. Both properties prominently numbered

Both times this shipper put a package that ways nothing somewhere it blew away. Use anyone but them.

No notifications at all no parcel when i checked tracking it says delivered no proof are anything scamming at its best
