We recently completed the Content Creation Program from ARA Tourism Consultancy and are very satisfied with the outcome. As owners of a small Airbnb business, we were looking for a way to improve our accommodation’s online presence, especially on the booking platforms. The ARA program was exactly what we needed.
The program provided clear, step-by-step guidance on how to improve the content for our website and booking platform. It was clear, practical, and easy to apply, even without a background in photography. We learned how to update our images and write more compelling descriptions that better reflect the experience we offer. The program helped us focus on what makes our accommodation unique and how to communicate this.
So far, we have only used the program to update our listings (we didn’t focus on creating other marketing materials yet), but since implementing the updates, we’ve noticed a clear improvement in how our listings perform. Our property now looks more professional, the content is more consistent, and we’ve received more views, more inquiries and more bookings than expected.
We would definitely recommend this program to other Airbnb hosts and accommodation owners who want to improve their online presence. It is great that the ARA program learns you what to do without hiring someone else to do the job.

We are a small family-run farmstay in Italy, and we're undergoing some changes to become a cultural space as well. We signed up on ARA to better understand all the little steps that could make this process successful. So far we followed the content creation course and are planning to follow the marketing & branding course as well. What we really liked about the structure of the courses is that they provide you with tools that you can keep on developing by yourself and go back to at any stage of your growth: you are given worksheets for every courses with "tasks", which are basically exercises you have to do to progress in the course. But every exercise also introduces you to a method of working, like setting SMART goals and organizing them by priority, or defining your niche audience by building personas of your ideal customers. The steps are clear and really helped us unravel the too many, too unachievable ideas into an organized to-do list with goals that we can work towards in the next few months.
