My experience was 100%with the help of Hazel . I spoke to Hazel on phone and the help I recieved was amazing and Hazel was extremely helpful to me . She phoned me to see how my son got on in his driving test 'and made sure I had my document on time . I have never had an experience like it .Hazel was truely amazing . I would give Hazel 100 stars . I had a very positive experience with Arachas (CraftInsure) after my boat was damaged- rope snapped, bow hit the jetty. Paul and Owen were both excellent to deal with—professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. We have dealt with Sinead Swayne for a number of years. Always find her most helpful to us when renewals are up. She also follows ip with a phone call as well to see if there is anything eles she can do for us.
