When a beloved family member passed, we had to get through a long list of tasks related to funeral planning and burial services. Although it was our first time having to create a headstone, Lara made the process easy for us. She was very thorough and was able to help us design a beautiful headstone for our relative. There were many options in designs, whether it was flowers or religious/cultural symbols. Thanks to Arcadia Monuments for making an important part of a difficult time simple.

My family and I had originally contracted with our funeral home here to complete a dual marker for our parents. Needless to say, that turned into the biggest fiasco of all time. We couldn't get anywhere with them and our design. It seemed that we couldn't use any artwork since it wasn't basic clip art. I was so happy when I called Arcadia Monuments and spoke to Lara. She provided suggestions and explained the next steps. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable options with great customer service.

We had been trying to work with the company the cemetery recommended, but we were rather disgusted with the hard sell, lack of customer service, and high prices. We had something specific in mind, and the company told us they couldn't do what we wanted. I started researching online and found Arcadia Monuments. Lara was very sympathetic about our experience with the other company. She explained their process and how she coordinates everything with the cemetery, including shipping and installation. The customer service was outstanding and friendly, and the price was completely reasonable!
