It was smooth. My concerns were answered immediately. I love my Gayard cross body handbags.

Very Shady. Ordered a bag. I paid in full and was told the bag would take 3-5 days to process. Followed up on 3rd day was told wasn't ready. Followed up on the 6th day, was told bag was ready and I would receive video of the product to be confirmed before shipment. Did not receive video.
Followed up again the next day, was told they are off on Sunday. Followed up again the next day, was told a video will be sent out later. Did not receive anything again.
I do not mind slight delays caused by the holiday seasons but do not lie to your customers again and again. At this point, I doubt if they ever had the product at all.
I asked for a refund and they responded asking me to wait give them until tomorrow to produce a video...
Shady website filled with AI pictures. I should have known better. Order at your own risk.
Edit: I asked for an immediate refund when you failed to produce a video after multiple delays/communications. You refused to refund and asked for more days and promised to refund only if you fail again. NO!
At this point you were WAY PAST the promised processing timeline and have told me many lies. I gave you plenty of extra days and chances to make it right. You ultimately failed to produce any proof you had the product, and I had to block you and ask for a charge back. I NEVER received the proof of the product. I have had enough of the lies and refused to engage at that point.
To all potential consumers: I am editing my response here because I do not want other consumers to have to go through what I did. The stress, the worry, the lies, and the sleeplessness are NOT worth it. They even reprimanded me when I expressed my frustration. There are so many honest sellers out there. Look for those! If they send you this trustpilot page as proof of legitimacy, notice how all the reviews are from late december? And they claim they have ordered multiple times? They even attempted to silence me by flagging my review as defamatory. Luckily Trustpilot ruled against them and reinstated my review. Google their company address! It is a random house in South Carolina.
I will not engage further because I want to move on from this negative experience. But I really hope my review save some of you the headache and stress. Nobody deserves that.
