Tim's newsletters are engaging, relevant, insightful and, importantly, optimistic and reassuring! They're helpful in thinking about how I approach my business, engage with clients and position myself within the industry.

I really look forward to the insights that you come forward with. As a garden designer I have adapted the templates to best effect and have recently started to work with them. The e-mail templates are great and bring consistency to what I am doing and how I communicate with clients during those first touch points.

Our work is entirely bespoke and often as a project moves forward the standard approach goes to the side in favour of much more personal communication, but setting the tone early has been really helpful.

The thoughtful approach you bring helps to bring clarity to our processes and design approach, so keep writing them!

Your client on-boarding / Welcome pack template was just what I needed to give me the kickstart to do this. It had been on my to do list for way too long. Having a beautiful visual template to work with and a good idea/start on the content was invaluable. Without it I would have put it off for even longer. Totally worth the payment.

All the issues are clearly stated. It is very relieving knowing that your problem is and someone else's. And the most important is that there are proposed solutions.

As an architect running my own small studio for 2 years, I appreciate every e-mail from Tim. It gives me some powerful pieces of advice.

The simplicity in the write-up and the great level of details in the presentations are top-notch. I also learnt to manage Time properly and to understand the design challenges before profering solutions. I must learn the art of Communicating these solutions to my clients as an architect. Tim and Z have done in teaching this aspect. I want to learn more.

Thank you Tim for your engaging and personable newsletters I look forward to Thursday mornings when they land in my inbox. I am an interior designer who straddles between many levels of services mostly mid-end. My pet peeve is your sentence prior to the offer to unsubscribe. If you get that far to the end of the newsletter you are obviously eagerly engaged! Hoping to attract potential clients who are serious enough to see the value of your beautiful templates. While I haven’t purchased a product yet, I always look forward to receiving the weekly email/newsletter in my inbox. More often than not, it hits the same topic and or struggles we aim to improve, and offers a helpful perspective and often reminder - that we can improve things and make our business work the way we choose to - without sacrificing “success”, however that’s defined for each firm/subscriber individually.

I can feel the authenticity and level of detail + energy that goes into Tim and Zofia's process. I just read one of Tim's articles in my inbox and it's well laid out and genuine content that is true to real-life situations for people in our trade.
