My order didn't make it to the correct address. As soon as I got in touch with the company they sent a replacement watch which arrived within days. Great customer care.

I ordered this for my Son's 18th. Very smooth transaction, had it engraved with my own message. Was shipped inside 24hrs and received the very next day. Was kept updated throughout its journey. Came in an extremely nice box. Very pleased.

Ordered my partner’s watch with engraving on and it was dispatched and delivered within 24 hours. The quality of the watch for the price is outstanding!
My partner then wanted a silver watch strap to match so that he can rotate straps however I ordered the incorrect size.
I used the messenger service on the website and received instant correspondence and my issue was resolved.
I would definitely use this company again, especially as my brother’s 21st is coming up.

I just liked the watch my son suggested as a gift for his March birthday AND that it came from London. I had the back of the watch inscribed,,,at no extra fee !
