I have been looking for a particular Spyderco knife for quite some time. Although I live in Colorado, this particular model has been quite elusive for years-especially in new condition. I took a chance ordering from Arctic Knife in the UK, and Harley's attention to detail and top notch communication made the process seamless. He responded to my enquiry email promptly, provided clear expectations of the process, and made the transaction as simple as possible. He provided updates through the process of shipping back to the USA. The knife arrived exactly as pictured/described and was packaged well to avoid damage to the factory box and paperwork. The level of customer service was above and beyond my expectation. I would happily work with him again!
Harley’s communication was fantastic - I accidentally ordered too soon and meant to add another product - Harley facilitated me adding the other product at no additional postage.
The products themselves were flawless and extremely well packaged. The postal service used required ID verification which again, given the products on offer shows high levels of responsibility.
I ordered a couple of Spyderco folders from Arctic Knife last week. The postage was super fast and ID is checked at the door for delivery, which is a massive green flag for a responsible seller. The knives themselves are awesome (a Delica and a Resilience) and the price I paid was well under RRP. In summary, I'd call it a fantastic, 10/10 experience. I'm going to be using Arctic Knife again and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone, especially those that love their Spydies.
