I cannot express how much I genuinely love this company and their INCREDIBLE customer service! Hand written, personalized notes every time. This time I even received a cool sticker AND they sent a FREE cylinder of pre-rolls! But that’s not even what keeps me coming back. Their flower is incredible as someone who has smoked for a long time and it’s very fairly priced. They have awesome deals going on quite often as well, and they even have a points system for every dollar you spend which makes them even MORE amazing in my book! I’ve been ordering from them for a little over a year now and I have never ever EVER been disappointed. Shipping is fast, product is quality, and customer service is superb! I will be ordering from them for as long as I’m able to. Big love from me, Arete Team!

The flower was very good for budget. The Cheetah Piss was a bargain and the shipping
was very fast. When things in the world come down in price, I will splurge on their higher tier flower

Arete is top-notch. They are excellent in taste, smooth smoke, and the greatest of strains. You will know what the Arete difference is the moment you toke up.

Started off okay, gradually got worse in terms of service, professionalism, and ultimately flower quality. The flowers are showered in diamonds and cured, making it "exotic". However, after many personal notes and continued marketing emails I decided to join their wholesale group, despite receiving a bad batch of flower. The flowers came in yellow and dark green, this particular batch was obviously an old strain of old flower cooked in terpenes and diamonds to heighten it's effects. Overall, the flower caused headaches for our clients and continous complaints regarding this particular batch. The company hides the leader of the organization and has no store fronts or meet ups in their city and state. Beware, the samples are much better and higher grade than the entire menu of this company. It is a traditional bait and switch, a revolving door many hemp companies adopt during their ups and downs in a company. They have quirky advertisements and make funny jokes, but when someone says anything but the direct hurtful truth, they tend to deflect and the love lores handwritten in every delivery and boot licking text messages disappear you realize they are truly not good people.

Recently made my first order and was pleased with the overall presentation of the products I ordered.

The order system was nice. Only able to get the half gram since many were sold out, but this was a good test run.

The quality reminds me of "The Flower Shop" cannabis shop in Mesa, AZ.

For being in Kentucky, and having stores such as 502 Hemp, and CBD American Shaman here, these are such more potent % for what we deserve in our product.

They have the most real taste for their hash rosin. If you are a street cartridge user then you will realize that the true stuff has this enriches your system with nature and grass taste.

Phenomenal Service, the products I have gotten from them have been exactly as described, and when I reached out for support on an order, they were prompt, extremely helpful, and very nice.

I had placed several orders with no problem, then had an issue with a delivery, which understandably is out of their control. I emailed support, was greeted by a helpful advisor who was knowledgeable, and even though it took some time to resolve my issue, she made sure to follow up with me and stick with me until everything was fixed. Wonderful customer service!

Can't say enough about Arete and their outstanding customer service and shipping.
I've been using Arete for a while now and have never had the slightest of problems.
My orders come with awesome little notes with my name on them, not a copy paste thing.
Packaging is odorless and packed nicely in sealed bags with the name and date etc.
Each bag contains at least one humidity pack.
Keep a close eye as they have $59 sacks sometimes.

The product is good as it gets, certainly does the job for me. Buds are trimmed nicely, there are no stems and of course no seeds (darn).
Shipping is fast and efficient using US mail.
Takes about 3-5 business days.

AreteHemp used to be the best flower for the price anywhere. Typical sales on small CBD flowers per ounce ran $13 to $19.

Now they're gouging with their absurd prices.

I have completed several purchases from Arete. Premium flower, budget flower, smalls, rosin, pre-rolls and gummies. The Arete website is easy to navigate with a good selection of various types of flower and concentrates. They pack up orders and send them out quickly and accurately. The communications after the sale has been very good. I consider he quality of the selections that I have purchased as good mid-range for the budget items and top tier on the premium items I have received. I have ordered from a few “small batch craft” vendors and I would consider Arete among the top two or three vendors that I have found. Their selection, quality, packaging, and responsiveness to customers has been stellar.
