Mismatch between the painting and the photo on the website
I bought a tutorial on drawing a portrait of an old man, but what he drew had no resemblance to the picture shown on the website. He had posted beautiful pictures on the site, which makes the buyer think he is going to teach those, but after purchasing the course, I realized the painting looked nothing like the picture and was very ugly and poorly done. It was not worth the money I paid at all. I informed the website’s support team, and their behavior was very rude and irresponsible. I wrote several lines to them, and they replied with emojis.
