Arichbox

This site is a SCAM. Do NOT waste your money buying items that you will never receive.

SCAM... SCAM... SCAM...I ordered a bedside table dresser in November.... 10 day delivery ha ha joke... checked order but found that it still hasn't been shipped.. I have tried to contact company on numerous occasions and on numerous numbers but nothing back from anyone... I honestly don't know where to go with this now only to warn people to stay well away from these scammers....

My dress is a beauty, high quality material, delicately made. Similar as described. Great experience.

I had a wonderful experience in my dress, I wasn't exactly what I expected but it came out to be a good source.

Arichbox not only honors their lifetime guarantee but they make it quick and simple to order replacements.

I'm happy with their all accessories. Great service and it came fast.

Quick shipping! Easy to install! Had a question and was promptly answered! Great product and every kitchen's needs one! Have a excellent customer service, that's the real deal.

I have always loved this company because of the way they handle situations. Fast shipping.

No problem with the fast shipping and service for the protection of my hair extension band.

I was able to get my replacement in short order! Thanks for the guarantee and quick response!

I like it alot, it fits my hand very well, i recommend it to everyone who has kitchen scissors.

This was super easy to get on and so far has worked! First one had a crack within a week of purchase, but was replaced at no cost (other than shipping).

I received the item that I ordered but did not receive instructions on how to assemble it. I have sent at least 5 emails to the company with my order number and never have received any response. I am very frustrated and not sure what do do next.

SCAM ALERT: The shirts I ordered arrived but they were the wrong size. I wrote to ask for return and exchange for the correct size. They ignored me until I got PayPal involved. Then Arichbox told me I should just keep the shirts since the shipping to return and receive replacements would be expensive and would be my responsibility to pay. They offered me a 50% refund. I refused and they came back with a 70% refund which I have yet to receive. I have reported them to PAYPAL and Better Business Bureau.

I ordered a drill driven metal shear from them. After 2 weeks they sent me an un-usable tracking number. I tried to cancel my order and was told it had already shipped. I did finally receive a partial product in a battered box. It's really not worth the effort to send back the product. I'll just figure it's a lesson learned.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE THEY HAVE TRIEZ TO SCAM ME OUT OF MONEY ALL MY CARDS ARE BLOCKED NOW BECAUSE OF THEM. BUT LUCILKY ENOUGH MY BANK WERE ON THE BALL AND BLOCKED EVERYTHING SHAME ON YOUS SCAMMERS BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME CREEPS.

Promised delivery before Christmas didn’t arrive until end of January. Butterfly’s advertised as stain glass but were painted metal ,arm band made from flimsy material. Will not buy from this place again

Totally got ripped off by this site. My product never came, customer service doesn't reply back, they did not refund my money. This site is a scam and will screw you over.

Ordered stained glass butterflies for a Christmas gift. What I got arrived after Christmas and was nothing like what I ordered. Instead of stained glass I got painted metal with plastic beads glued on. Contacted the company with my dissatisfaction. Got an quick email reply showing my item was delivered- nothing about not getting what I ordered. I have emailed them 3 times about a refund and sent pictures but have not had a reply. Would definitely not order from them again.
