I’ve bought clothes from Aries for years, I love their designs, the fit and the collabs. I recently had a long and boring story involving a suit for a wedding and, in short, they were just brilliant at getting me what I needed when I needed. Really personal touch from a brand that presumably has far better things to do than sorting out the needs of one of their many customers.

I had questions regarding some of the graphic tee's the were selling and I reached out to customer service. They were so kind and provided any info they could regarding my questions. They even decided to send me some stickers as well. Its the little things that count, and the way they make a customer feel special. Had a great experience with all of it.

Contacted customer service searching for an item and they couldn't have been more helpful in sourcing it for me!! Super quick responses too. Thank you!!

Love Aries, when I was helping my kids' school find a raffle prize, I reached out and asked if they would donate anything, and very generously, they donated TWO goodie bags. So grateful!

In this current economic status , where everyone under pressure from all sides , I had a great customer service from Aries customer service Center , they we so effortlessly efficient and absolutely amazing made my experience with my query dealt with simply and clearly , thank you , wonderful and much appreciated .

I love Aries. The store is beautifully laid out and the people that work there are very cool and happy to help. The coffee is incredible but very strong.

I love the clothes available and think Aries has done some incredible work. Their basics are unmatched and it makes sense no problemo became a separate shop for them!! I have a few of the Aries lace pieces and the quality is UNMATCHED, same with the skirts and other pieces I own.

I also think the website is well laid out and love that the clothes often have a picture with a model wearing them so you know how they fit. Nice touch is that the models look like real people. I think some of the campaigns Aries have done are sick.

I’m excited to see what comes next for Aries and I think the clothing is 100% worth investing in. Cannot recommend enough

Great customer service - the team solved the issue I had with returning an item very promptly!

I really want to like this brand - I like the design and I like the ethos. I ordered some bits to try on in December and duly sent my returns back in January within their returns period. I used their returns service which was pricey at £7.50, but something I was happy to do. My return reached them, however I received no confirmation of the delivery and no refund was forthcoming in well over a week after the items were delivered. I contacted their support via email who I'd been in contact with prior to sending the goods and didn't receive any reply. This went on for over 10 days with several emails sent, with me including proof of delivery and there was radio silence.

I posted a lot on their social media about my experience and someone inboxed me to assure me customer service would reach out to me later that day - I passed on my details and they never did – and I never got another reply from the company.

I was owed several hundred pounds in returns and felt very concerned – I ended up having to do a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. I've had an awful customer experience and now have (expensive) clothing from a brand that I actively dislike and never want to promote. I'm so disappointed with my experience - I'm clearly not alone here and would recommend people give them a swerve, or if you want to purchase their goods go to somewhere like 'end' who won't be a total disaster to deal with.
