I got in touch with Arifa through a friend for my inner child healing. I shared only few minutes that what is troubling me and that reflects in my daughter also and she caught that and did healing. Even during healing session my daughter wanted to be with me. She came during session, i didn't changed my focus. As per her instructions I started healing my self, the same time my daughter started getting calm and relax.

Arifa is an intuitive listener. She knows what kinds of healing techniques one can benefit from. She is there with you for all stages as you navigate your health and emotional struggles. One of my biggest breakthroughs with her was "inner child" healing. I am amazed to this day, as to how she managed to talk me through it half way across the world. Talking to arifa is quite comforting and so it is easy to openup with her. I expressed certain things which I had never had a courage to say to anyone.

Arifa did undertake inner child healing session for me. From the beginning she stayed very calm & understood pain points and lead to an amazing healing session. The best part was, she has herself healed first and then with that enriching experience letting us heal and re-wire our long kept suppressed emotions. She even suggested few techniques to try, which I will work on and let her know about the outcome! I am already feeling very light, after yesterday's session and hope to keep this experience and her suggestions alive in my day to day interactions.
