Ordered my 3 wheeler with ease but was confused about after placing the order with Arlington that all the information I received was from TX Power Sports not Arlington. My order was shipped out so I’ll update my review once I receive it and see what condition it arrives in. They’re listed as 2 different companies online so it is confusing

I ordered a scooter from arlington power sports. The ordering process was very smooth and easy. I'm currently waiting on an update as to when my order will be, or has been shipped.

Easy online ordering with good finance options,give it a 4 just because waiting for product to deliver

I talked to Raymond and he helped me get my order done I am now waiting on the 50cc ice bear mad dog trike can't give them five stars until I received my product but once I receive my trike I will give them five stars

I purchased a jeep which showed up with paint issues and ever since it has been a terrible experience! I asked for a bit of compensation as it would be expensive to do a return. Needless to say they did a claim with ROUTE shipping protection WHICH I PAID FOR and it was approved and ROUTE PAID FOR A NEW ONE. They will NOT send me my replacement until I send the one I have back. However they did not take responsibility for the issue they blamed shipping and used my ROUTE protection I paid for.

They have now been paid in full for 2 jeeps and want this one back to resell!!! I would have no problem sending the old one back if it was them who had taken responsibility and helped me out but they didn’t. They blamed shipping and this is not ethical practice.

As it sits for a 3k jeep, they have now been paid in full for 2 jeeps 6k and I still have my paint damaged one.

Im very happy with the professional sales man Alex he was very knowledgeable of the jeep I'm getting he answered all my questions in a kind experience way. I recommend this company I trust there service Thank you Alex

I spoke with a great knowledgeable female staff member she was so kind and helpful i felt so relaxed just listening her just give me details I’m awaiting my scooter now can’t wait to to test drive and get used to handling of that u all so much I’m very excited
