The clothing is very poor quality and takes weeks to be delivered. I have emailed the company 2 times to ask how to return the garment but they are not responding. I believe you have to pay for the garment to be sent back to China

Wish I had read these reviews first. Assumed was UK based so could return/exchange easily. Bad quality and shipped all the way from China.

Scam site, after reading the reviews, I cancelled my order within ten minutes of placing it. Customer services were quick to respond, and reassured me that the item would not be sent. I did eventually get a refund. But I still keep getting emails saying the dress has been dispatched - from August.

Please do not buy anything from this website. I ordered a dress that when it came, it was a completely different colour and pattern to what it was in the photographs online. The quality is really poor.
I contacted their support team to start a return. This was not simple, they offered me a different dress and when I said no thank you I just want to return the dress and have a refund, they offered me 10% they then told me in order to receive a return I would have to post the dress to china? Even though the returns address on the label is stated as London! After back and forth they offered me 45% of my money back and a pretty much made up address in china. As I could not be bothered with the back and forth I have accepted the 45% and now left with an awful dress.
Please save your money and do not deal with this awful company.

Do NOT buy! I bought shoes which cost over £30 they arrived too small and made of rubbish material almost like cardboard! I message asking for a refund was offered 20% refund and to keep the shoes or return at my own cost to China! It was hardly worth my while posting them back with the cost of postage, so I gave them to charity. Wish I had of read reviews prior to purchasing!

Absolutely rubbish they ghosted me after my return! I ordered from here thinking it was a uk based company and paid £37 for a dress that took 3 weeks to come and was nothing like the photo colour wise of the dress and the materials as the dress had material falling off of it. I then inquired for a return which I had to pay £20 to send back to China as it wasn’t from the uk! I’ve done the return over a month ago and I’ve tried to get back with them and unable to find my tracking details ive emailed and assured them I sent it back giving as many details as I possibly could, knowing they should have recieved it in China by then as it was a couple weeks after I’d sent it for a return! After this they have completely ghosted me and I am now £57 pound down thinking I could hang on to some of the £17 I had wasted! This company is such a scam and shouldn’t be allowed to be running like this !

Do not buy from this website. It's a SCAM!!! The dress I bought is a poor version of the images in the listing. The zip came faulty. Tried to email a few times to their support team to return the goods. Got one email asking what wrong with the dress and no more reply. The phone number is a dud. This is very obvious a Chinese company using a Covent Garden address to sound legit and product sent from China

I wish I had checked the reviews on the website before order. The absolute WORST!

Returns are in China at the customers cost! Their website says it’s a UK brand but it’s all a lie. I am working to get my money back but they are coming back with giving me a bit of money but I will NOT accept it because this should have been advertised on the website. Do not order from them at any cost. The quality is awful and the process is disgusting.

I ordered two dresses from this company in the belief I was ordering from a uk company . When they arrived they were very poor quality copies of the dresses shown on the website. Fabrics were different and colours within the dresses were also different so the overall dress looked patchy. Quality was worse than a cheap fancy dress outfit from a supermarket. Company offered a 20% then 30% refund for items that are unwearable. For a full refund I was told to return to China at my own expense. Email replies are clearly scripted and they ignore consumer law. I am attempting a chargeback.

The item ordered took 3 weeks to arrive and was meant to be a size 8 pair of shoes - they were a size 6 at best. When I went to return them they did not accept responsibility told me I would have to pay for my return to China. They offered me a 20% refund if I did not want to send them back - appaling service especially as the product was not fit for purpose. Arlo Streetwear offer a poor service and unfortunately are a product of the times we live in where people prey on social media advertising. I was duped and will be far more careful in future only going with known trusted suppliers.

Do not purchase from this company - images do not reflect real products. Very poor quality and customer must pay own shipping back to China (£15 approx).

I was sent a faulty product. The shoes I ordered were so badly made or designed or both! They I couldn't even get my foot in!!!!! When I told them I wanted a label to return them I was told I would have to return them to their warehouse in China at my own expense!!! Low and behold they offered me a 20% partial refund and if I accepted this I could keep the shoes and maybe sell them on or do with them as I wish. How unbelievable is this. I accepted the 20% refund(£6.) Cos I knew that this was the best I was going to get from these con merchants. I lost £30. DO NOT ENTERTAIN ARLOSTREETWEAR UNDER ANY CIRCUNSTANCES.MID

AVOID - do not waste your money!
If I could give zero stars I would. The company is a total sham. Advertising like they are a UK comany but the products come from China. Poor poor quality, sizing is awful! Customer service number that does not work and nobody replies to emails. No way of sending back.

Really poor quality shoes which took ages to arrive also came up really small. Tried to return them and they said the would give me a 20% discount on the shoes that were to small and didn't fit. They suggested given them to a friend. I'm still fighting for the returns address and to get my money back. They are now ignoring me. Don't touch them

Absolutely shocking quality of clothing, and a return policy that makes you pay to ship to china even though there business is registered in the uk. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!

Not even worth the 1 star! Avoid this company at all costs. They are not a UK company as the address shows on their website. Delivery takes way longer than they tell you and when you ask to return they try and persuade you to keep the clothes and have a partial (20%/30%) refund. This keeps going up even when you keep saying you want to return for a full refund. They then tell you that you have to return to China at your own expense. £26 the postage cost me on 10th September and I am still waiting for my refund!!
Overall, poor quality clothing, very delayed delivery times, shocking customer service. I wish I had never come across them!!

Avoid at all costs!
This company is completely misleading. They claim to be based in London, UK, but are actually operating from China. The quality of the item I received looks nothing like what was shown on their website. When I requested a return, they told me I’d have to ship it back to China at a cost of around £30, and only offered a 30% refund instead.
I am currently pursuing a refund through my bank, as I believe this company is deceptive and not to be trusted. I wish I had read the reviews before making purchase

Absolutely shocking… avoid avoid avoid.
Dress took over 3 weeks to come in which time I’d asked for a refund as it didn’t come in the specified time or for the occasion Id bought it for. They refused to give me a refund until I sent the dress back which would of been fine if I had the item in the first place to return, the return was to china which made it absolutely pointless in returning because it would cost more than the item itself. When the item eventually came it was cheap material and made poorly. Absolute waste of £26.

Awful, rubbish quality looks like something I woukd knit as a child. No contact or response for returns.
