Had my annual boiler service. The company send the same guy to do the service which is fantastic as I have an elderly dog who is not good with strangers coming into my home. The guy is friendly and so helpful with any queries. Is very respectful of my home. The company are so professional and efficient

service from start (phoning the office to book an appointment for a boiler service) to finish (the engineer completing the boiler service). Lovely people and very efficient. I trust them to such an extent I have signed up for their monthly care plan and recommended them to a very good friend and neighbour.

We needed to have a radiator removed and a new one fitted. I emailed Arlow Plumbing and Heating because they were local to me. After giving all the details I was given a quote which was very satisfactory so I agreed to have the work done. I was well informed beforehand of the date and time for the fitting and also a reminder a couple of days before. The plumber( Tom) arrived on the day and started the work. Cleaning and tidying as he went he completed the work professionally and politely. We are over the moon with our new radiator. Very well done to all involved at Arlow Plumbing and Heating.

Tom and his team have just installed a new boiler system as well as doing some other minor plumbing works. From the initial visit everything went very smooth, all members of the team were professional and very knowledgeable. Tom offered very good advice on the type and appropriate size of boiler I needed for the size for my house.

When asked they took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and how I would benefit, their customer interaction could not be better.

The works were completed on time and there were no hidden cost's. The team left all areas clean, tidy and removed all rubbish.

A cracking job, I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

We had no problem booking a service for are 1 year old boiler after are original installer went bust.
The service engine was very friendly & informative. He got straight down to the service & even checked our radiator's.
A very pleasurable experience no trying to sell me something did not need & a very reasonable service package set up with no fuss or bother.

The guys at Arlow have been so amazing in installing our new boiler, being professional, approachable and tidy during the works. They have been lovely to deal with and annually send reminders for our boiler service, even going above and beyond to do extra jobs whilst carrying out the service so it’s all done in the same day. Would very much recommend Arlow and the team.

Just had my new boiler installation completed today by Arlow Plumbing and Heating and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
The standards of workmanship, cleanliness and efficiency are all 1st class and it was a pleasure to have Tom, Tom and Mike in our home. I cannot recommend them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to do so to all my friends.
