I would like to congratulate,Josh Marsden The man and organization behind this company, it has trive through thick and thin.He had to made changes and adjusting with the investor in mind.
we leave in a world that is constantly changing therefore, most business have similar obstacles but, when you have Josh Marsden you will believe in the ultimate objective, with the right support, I think its all a matter of time till we would see the fruits of the efforts done. I invested into Arm5formula's Ecomm Aggregator Fund because the returns aligned with my in vesting goals. I have remained in the fund because of Josh's vision and work ethic and the tenacity of his team. I invested in people first and so far I have not been disappointed. All business plan execution will require eventual pivots; invest in a team that refuses to quit and winning is guaranteed. An Ecomm aggregator might seem risky at first, but now that AI is here, it is actually more of an inevitability.

This company is on the move and they have great plans for accomplishing their goals. Hard work and integrity are at the forefront of this company. They have always been transparent in the operation of the company and that is with good news and bad. Nothing is held back and they let investors know what is going on with the company.

Josh Marsden is an excellent CEO. His leadership continues to drive company growth. I have been very impressed with what he has accomplished.

I have been invested with Arm5 and known Josh Marsden for a few years now. I have invested in two ecom brands. While some of the brands didn't work out, Josh has been transparent and worked to move my investment to profitable brands, ultimately landing in more of a 'hedge fund' model where my money is not tied to one specific brand. The recent purchase of Infraredi is cause for optimism.
Obviously, all investments are risky, but I have faith in Josh's leadership and integrity. He has pivoted strategy to take Arm5 public which has the potential to provide solid returns.

As an investor in the ecommerce space, I’ve seen my fair share of leadership styles, but Josh Marsden and the ARM5 Team stands in a league of their own. It’s refreshing to work with a company that prioritizes integrity and keeps their partners informed every step of the way. Their commitment to being upfront during the 'downs' just as much as the 'ups' built a foundation of trust that makes the entire process a successful experience. A true 5-star leader - highly recommended.

I invested a large amount of capital with ARM5. There were a lot of ups and downs the first year, but now they have stabilized and are building significant momentum and value for those invested. I appreciate Josh and the tenacity he has shown to build a great company! Looking forward to closing more acquisitions that are in the pipeline and realizing the goal of going public!

I’m currently with Arm5 as a investor, yes it’s been slow the entire 2025, but the owner Josh Marsden has turned Arm5 around with great perseverances, transparency, and day in and day out dedication. Arm5 has not quit or given up in the hard time and with all the work Josh and his team has achieved, Arm5 is on its way to going public this year, thanks Arm5

I have known Josh Marsden for a while now. I have Invested $50K in the ECOM roll up. I have seen most of the principal back to me and my credit card payments have been paid as well.
I know that some of the brands they had bought didn't pan out well but he has always been in communication and been transparent and they have learned through the process.
The recent purchase of Infraredi is a testament to their constant tenacity and perseverance.
I'm optimistic about IPO and that will not only get investors initial principal back but also a solid return.
I believe that all investment carries in herent risk. I believe in Josh's leadership in taking Arm5 public which will make investors storng returns.

Ongoing and transparent communication directly from the owner throughout the entire process, no matter the challenges and hurdles. Genuine leadership with an ethical approach and strong commitment. I've known the owner for a decade or more and have been a client since 2022 with no complaints.

I invested with Arm5 Formula in 2023, based on a written contract that promised a monthly return of 2% and repayment of principal under defined terms.

As of the date of this review, I have received no monthly payments and no return of principal, despite the contract being in force for more than a year and several months.

I have communicated directly with Josh Marsden, including an in-person meeting in Arizona, where I was assured that efforts were being made to stabilize the business. While I appreciate communication, performance has not matched the contractual commitments.

I am also concerned that new investors are reportedly being sought while existing investors remain unpaid. I mention this only as it was stated directly to me during our meeting.

This review reflects my personal experience and opinion. I am sharing it so others can conduct thorough due diligence and make informed decisions.

If the company fulfills its contractual obligations, I would gladly update this review.

Lost $25,000 investing with this company in August 2023. Invested in a e-commerce company they purchased called Aseir. The contract promised a share of monthly profits and guaranteed return of your money within 1 year.
The owner admitted provided monthly financials were incorrect. No longer providing financials.
Now the owner is trying to raise funds to go public and make other investments. A scam!
