Logged on to 'review' & while those I read were favourable, wary of ordering from a company that does not respond to potential customers.

What an amazing company! Matt your customer service is just ridiculous! ( in the best way possible) I have never seen anything like it! You are everything that makes a company so special and superior. Thank you so much for sorting out my lamp issue immediately. Highly recommend this company, not only are the products amazing , it looks premium at a very competitive price but most important of all they care about the customer afterwards which is very rare. Highly recommend Armstrong Lighting. Thank you again.

We ordered one first to make sure we liked it as it arrived after a few days. The second order was missing a lamp but after contacting the company it arrived the next day and we got an apology. This is the type of customer service that makes a great company. The lamps are fantastic quality and we will definitely be using this company again

Great lighting selection. Easy ordering process. Quick delivery. Our product - the Hackney task floor lamp - is exactly what we wanted. Only reason not 5-star is that description did not make clear that some assembly was required. Our somewhat arthritic old hands found it very difficult but suspect quite a few might find it rather fiddly.

Prompt delivery. Had to call because a lamp (bulb) I expected to be included was missing. It was a mistake on the web page, but they honoured the description and I received it the following day.
