I love everything about Aroma Quartz from the dreamy scent of their products to the intricate detail that they go into to be ethical suppliers and the wonderful personal service that they give
Interesting as to whether this will post.
AVOID this company.
Attempted to purchase a plant from this company & failed.
Ist despatch never arrived although tracking with Post Office indicated never sent out.
Supposedly sent 2 more plants ( tracking not provided ) which failed to arrive. Excuse given is that I supplied wrong post code which was not the case as confirmed by original order.
To further add to their list of failures refund given twice to PayPal & then cancelled by them.
Very poor service.
Plant eventually received from elsewhere in 2 days.
This sorry saga with Aroma Quartz lasted almost a month.
Great shop with good range of products. Got what I wanted and Dan the owner was helpful, friendly and was very knowledgeable. I was very happy with my purchases of crystals and candles. Red tigers eye candle smells amazing.
It’s so refreshing to see a lovely, honest seller with genuine passion and knowledge surrounding crystals. I have bought many items from Aroma Quartz, from candles to incense and even some jewellery, and the quality never disappoints!
Can’t recommend this business enough for starting out with crystal manifestation.
I’ve bought some of my favourite candles from Aroma Quartz, they’ve kept their scent all throughout me burning them and they look so beautiful on my shelves, the owner incredibly helpful with finding just the right scents and crystals to go with them.
I would highly recommend Aroma Quartz to anyone looking for authentic crystals at affordable prices :)

Hi Chelsea, thanks for sharing your experience. It’s really appreciated and helps us grow and improve as a business. It’s touched my heart that you think we are the best crystal shop in Shrewsbury but that wouldn’t be possible without the support of our lovely customers like yourself.
Danny :)
Absolutely love Aroma Quartz. I always visit the shop in the market hall. Such a great selection of crystals and other goodies and Danny is so helpful and friendly. I really like the hand made candles, beautiful scents and have purchased for myself and for gifts. One of my favourite shops! :)

Was looking for a birthday gift and Aroma Quarts was the perfect choice. They helped me find the perfect gift and took their time to narrow down exactly what I needed. The guy that helped me, I think his name was Danny, was so knowledgeable about all the products. Will definitely be shopping here again, maybe for myself too next time.
