Arrehmantravel Reviews

Tbh fantastic service provided by Ar Rehman Travel..We had a phenomenal experience with them. Everything from the flights, hotels to the transport and every other arrangements was exactly as promised. The customer support was excellent. Highly highly recommended

5* for a effortless booking. I booked flights, hotel and visa. Shafak was very helpful, very polite and fully attentive to our needs. She responded immediately although we were in different time zones. I would definitely use the company again and commend Shafak for her great customer service.

Absolutely great service delivery from start to finish. From the initial communication when arranging the package for Umrah followed by a short stay in Pakistan... including arranging flights/visas etc, downloading the necessary app/making the necessary bookings etc to the provision of information/updates re necessary arrangements to the check ins once there in a timely, professional and responsible manner.
All services we came across including airport pick up/drop off, the transport to Madinah, ziyarahs/guides etc were all as planned and without any issues.
The effective communication and remaining a part of the journey when we were there in form of timely checks ins including the accomodation as described and veryclose distance etc made the whole journey and experience a smooth and absolute hassle free one. Alhamdulillah
That too with an elder and 5 Yr old!

Also demonstrates the care and concern for safety of their customers ensuring the travellers have been picked up and dropped off at the expected destination and in time etc.
It truly felt like a personal family experience with somebody always there to check in, guide and look out for you.

Safety should be paramount in any case and rest assured this company takes care of that.

Travelled with them 1st time and 1000% put our trust in the right people/service who genuinely throughout demonstrated their care re this sacred journey andit going as best as can be and not just concerned re securing the funds/concern only re the business as is sadly the case with some companies.

Cannot thank AR travels enough especially Brother Mohammad Zohaib who was the main point of contact and ensured everything is taken care of as should be.

May Allah swt shower your business/families in abundance and accept the good you do/increase barakah for all... Ameen.

I would 1000% recommended to anybody considering travelling with them and with the will of Allah swt will be travelling again via none other than them when the next invitation comes... (Ameen)

Thank you again for making our journey all the more memorable and being a very valued part of it. ❤️

My family and I arranged our Umrah trip through Sister Shafak, and her service was nothing short of exceptional. She was consistently available during our journey, crafting a splendid itinerary that seamlessly included both Turkey and Umrah, tailored to our timetable and preferences. Additionally, the pricing was quite affordable.
