Delivered on time, but to wrong address

This was the only site that sold a dog crate that it stated would fit the boot of my Toyota Yaris. Sure enough it did and now I feel much happier driving with my 14 week puppy in the crate as he seems settled and very secure. Fits like a glove and easy to access the puppy to get him ready for adventures.

Looked fantastic fast posting when it arrived screwed it to my log and the blade snapped but have been faulty so I sent email everything was sorted picked the item back up next day said do I want a exchange or a refund fantastic customer service thank you so very much very happy customer

Excellent service, overnight delivery and good price. Only small gripe was no notification of order acceptance or despatch, so wasn't sure if order had been processed correctly. Customer service was excellent when asked for update. Will use again.

Delivered as promised. Unfortunately one of the boxes was damaged and the splitter had a broken wheel. Quick phone call and pictures sent and new wheel sent out for next day delivery. Superb service and great machine.

The quality is good, easy to mount, but this cage size with length of 90 cm do not fit to BMW 1, 2020! :( so sad. Can not send back... So I will buy new smaller one...
