How can they get away with constantly scamming people? These people needs wiping out. I am going to report them to Trading Standards and suggest you all do the same. The more complaints about them the more chance they will get caught.

Don’t recommend this company bought a tracksuit over a month ago off here and still haven’t received tried email multiple times and messaged them on their socials never heard anything back.

The quality of the clothes is awful, thin, itchy horrible material. Website states to not return without emailing them first, I have emailed several times over the last few months and haven’t had a single reply back. Going to go through the bank to try and get a refund. Avoid at all costs and do not believe their advertising!

If I could give minus stars I would. The real company is episodes.clothing on IG and TikTok. Do not be fooled by the “discounts” they do not give your money back and take ages to respond. Their company is a scam built on lies, dishonesty, bad customer service and faulty, crap Chinese products. Please check reviews before purchasing because I didn’t now I’m waiting to even see if I get my money back. Disappointed and pissed off.

It’s a scam. I won’t explain, a lot of people already said what’re the issues and that’s all true.

Vorrei mettere 0. Assistenza clienti inesistente e sito sospetto. La mail dell’assistenza risulta strana siccome finisce con “@gmail.com”. I pacchi arrivano dalla Cina e il sito non presenta né Partita Iva né sede legale.

Wanted a trackie just like in there commercial Video. 1st it’s a completely different and absolutely not the same. 2nd wanted a refund label, they didn’t contacted me. It has been 2 weeks now. In my opinion, a total scam.

bad quality tracksuit. looks noyhing like the picture and videos. even the colour is completely different. Wanted to cancel before it was even shipped bcs i read bad reviews right after i bought it, no response. Now i want to return and still no response. Avoid these scammers

Grandissima truffa. Non comprate assolutamente.

Bought a tracksuit and joggers for myself for 60£. Found the same on temu for 20£. Tried to get my refund emailing multiple times no one has responded to me.

Ordered joggers for my daughter on 3 December for Christmas, item arrived after Christmas and was of very poor quality. Emailed Arsect three times for returns shipping label, and also messaged on Instagram and still no reply.

No compréis en este website! Es un fraude! Las prendas no se parecen en nada a lo que publican y cuando vas a pedir tú devolución, no te la dan. Te dejan esperando y nunca contestan. Denuncien para que cierren este website. No me puedo creer que Instagram permita este tipo de cuentas fraudulentas.

Purchased a tracksuit as a Christmas gift & the quality of the material is very poor, not worth the money. I have tried to contact them vía mail & web page to return the goods and so far, no reply.
