Arsendo has scammed me

Arsendo has scammed me, I do not recommend dealing with them at all, I paid them through PayPal then the money was refunded without any requests from my side, later we paid on another platform however the refund on PayPal did not process, so basically I paid them twice, they are ignoring my requests to return one of my payments, its a large payment as well, i do not recommend, and i will take legal actions.
