This company sent me a smart watch that was impossible to connect to charge. Their repeated responses to refund or replace were absolutely useless.
They failed to provide a refund or replace the faulty watch.
Their initial response was for me to sell the useless watch to a friend?

Poor quality item. Misleading advertising. Cheeky customer service response. AVOID

I ordered a charging base unit with Wowcher and it was not as described. It is supposed to rotate - it does not. My son was extremely disappointed on Christmas Day. His iPhone XR doesn’t even stand up in it without falling over. It is a shockingly poor design and falsely advertised.
I’ve only managed to find a contact email address through the complaints on this page and have emailed them today.

I sent several emails to Arther Gold in which I explained the product was not as described. I included proof of what I ordered, a copy of the receipt and photos of what they had sent me. Every time they replied telling me that I had ordered a different item (which was more expensive). They eventually offered a £5 refund so I raised a dispute with PayPal. I was offered a full refund from Wowcher within 24 hours. So 5 stars for Wowcher and PayPal, 0 for Arther Gold.

Absolutely terrible! Do not order from these scammers
I ordered a dinosaur toy through living social for my son for Christmas. It was supposed to be delivered by 10 December but no sign of it. Tracking info says it’s with fastway courier since 17 December but fastway haven’t received it. Living social/Wowcher have been useless and just tell me to contact arther gold. Arther gold hasnt responded
My son is going to be so disappointed.

Bought via Wowcher a couple of items, wish I’d never bothered as they’ve never turned up! Wish I had googled Arthur gold before hitting purchase and seen these awful reviews.
And yes Arthur gold you will see from your records that I haven’t contacted you directly THATS BECAUSE YOUR EMAIL DOESNT EXIST!!! EMAIL UNDELIVERABLE EVERYTIME! AND NO CONTACT NUMBER!
Have claimed through my bank to get monies back for goods never received. Complained to Wowcher too as they should check the shoddy companies they are working with!
AVOID THESE SCAMMERS, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE YOU WONT RECEIVE THE ITEM AND WILL ONLY HAVE ISSUES TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

Order 2 3D globe lights through wowcher did not receive them, contacted wowcher told to contact Arthur gold impossible to contact which I had of read the reviews before I paid that is £30 down the drain

I’m not happy about giving even one star! I have not received the Order I placed via Wowcher! And I, like others leaving reviews, cannot get through to the company.
Very poor service. So frustrating that you cannot speak to a ‘real’ person anymore!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I wish I had read all these reviews before I ordered my item via Wowcher, but with a company like Wowcher you expect that they are dealing with reputable companies...WRONG!!!! My order has never arrived and the tracking information with updates has completely disappeared so I doubt very much I'm going to get it. I can see that under a lot of reviews down this page they are commenting that they can see customers haven't contacted them directly but...how the hell do they expect you to contact them when any emails you send are returned as their mail box is full!!!!! So please don't comment under this with your poor excuse of customer service!! They still have a cheek to be advertising on Wowcher haha! At least their funny scammers! Hopefully Wowcher get wind of their scamming and completely take them off their site.

This site sells through Wowcher, but uses, at best, misleading adverts and at worst fraudulent ones. Item adverts show full size items and descriptions reinforce this as do their quoted RRPs but what you get are "mini" versions which at full price are less than the price they charge.
Unhelpful and argumentative can stoner service.
Wowcher are aware of this but still allow them to post offers.

I ordered a 95 piece magnetic blocks from Wowcher as a Christmas present for my son. The item I received was not as described..flimsy, cheap and hardly any building blocks to build with. 26 small plastic letters made up most of the set.
Not durable at all and I can't believe it retails on the Arthurgold website for £59! Don't waste your money. You will be disappointed. Definitely 0 stars from me.

If I could give zero, I would!! I ordered a wrap around blanket from this company with a hood. I received a hoodie (oversized jumper) which was nothing like the picture of the item I ordered. They are telling me that they will give me a refund but I have to pay the postage (which will be almost as expensive as the item was itself!). DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are on Wowcher. It's really not worth the hassle (or the expense!).

if i could give this company a minus 1 well you get it i ordered a doorbell never arrived on the date still waiting but as it was a present the surrprise was ruined never ever shall i buy from these people again trust me on this please

I ordered 2 fishing rods under 2 separate orders via Wowcher but only one arrived.

Was told I would receive a refund in 7-10 working days it has now been 13 working days, no refund received. I have asked for an update three times with no reply. I was told they would refund to my PayPal which they have no details of and have not asked for. Avoid at all costs, you will be left out of pocket.

I did have direct contact with Arthergold and after my review I was asked to remove it with the promise of a refund. I didn't accept the request. My review stands to protect other buyers.

I have had no progress at all on this item. I got in touch with Wowcher who told me to get in touch with arthergold if it had not been delivered by 14th May. So disappointing. Wish I had read the reviews first before ordering
