The server performed very well for the price, and the only issue was a small one with renaming files. Even then, support responded quickly and had the dev team fix the bug within a few hours. It should be noted that the support team is small, so maybe I was lucky in terms of how fast things were.

Currently, as the service is small, there are some minor issues with the website and infrastructure—particularly concerning load times but when considering the service itself, it works perfectly as someone who understands the mechanisms of running a Minecraft server. They have a convenient area on the server manager to install mods and resources, everything is customizable as you like, and most important of all, they are cheap while providing an excellent service.
All prior issues with this host stem exclusively from the web design, but once you have your server set up, it’s completely seamless to connect and play on your server with people across the world and maintain minor performance issues. This is a small company thus far, but they certainly provide a service worth their value and even more so. As I need servers in the future, they will certainly become my first choice.
