Amazing service!
Ordered the panels on Thursday morning - by Friday noon there were already delivered. Very helpful customer service - definitely having a good knowledge about the products. Very happy with the service and what’s most important with the product quality. Will definitely use the company again in the future and recommend to all my friends and clients.

I ordered three free samples about two weeks ago, I received one but was still awaiting the other two.
The company has now promptly supplied replacement samples, so I would consider that very good service. The failure of receiving the original samples was a fault of our Royal Mail, so it would be unfair to blame the supplier

All VAT invoices are supplied upon request, I've double checked our email and I cant see any requests from the email associated with your order.
I think "avoid this company" is very strong considering your order was delivered next day and there is no problem with the products that we delivered, in fact I recall your phone call telling us how happy you were with the Slatted cladding you purchased from us.
As stipulated on our website & to you over the phone we are more than happy to accept returns but they must be returned to us by the customer as we don't offer a free returns service.
