I paid almost $200 for a watch from Aark, plus an additional $50 in duties to have it shipped to the states from Australia. It was defective from day one. I thought it could be a battery issue but I took it in to a local watch repair shop and they said it was defective. I contacted the company since it was supposed to be under warranty. I went back and forth with Aark for weeks. They would not refund or replace the watch unless I shipped it back to them. The cheapest shipping I could find was almost the same cost as the watch. Plus I would be hit with paying duties again. Aark would not budge. I’m stuck with it and basically threw over $200 in the trash.

Watch I bought was faulty. I sent it back to the return address but it was returned to me unopened. Have tried contacting them but no response. Also no response from the manufacturer - Squarestreet. Disappointing

I am quite happy with the watch. It looks better than the pictures and the materials feel good on the skin. There was a bit of an issue in the shipment. Nevertheless, James from Artimers was always available during the process, demonstrating a great level of professionalism.

I bought the watch with shipping to EU (Czech Rep) and it was super quick and convinient. The customer service wrote me back immediatelly and promised me to have it here within 10 days and it was like that. I recommend this shop.
