Big Shot coffee beans really do it for me!
Big Shot coffee beans are the best I have ever tasted. Appreciate it is a personal thing, but they are really good.
Excellent service as well, the subscription method saves a bit of money and the coffee turns up as regular as clockwork.

Why are the pods all espresso??
Ordered the pods with great expectations, very disappointed to realise that they are all espresso and needs constant pressing on hot water button to get anything like half a cup! Where does it state that they are all espresso?? Wasted a considerable amount of money on pods we won’t use.

Hi Sue,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry the pods weren’t what you were expecting.
Our pods are designed to produce a espresso-style coffee, but we appreciate that this may not have been clear enough when you ordered. We’ll pass your comments on to the team so we can review how this is explained on the product page.

Ordered 2 boxes of The Big Shot coffee…
Ordered 2 boxes of The Big Shot coffee bags, they arrived really quickly! Wasn't expecting much as I've bought so many coffee bags lately and been highly disappointed with all of them. Much to my surprise though these coffee bags taste amazing, seriously the best coffee I've had in a long time! My coffee mug is 600ml so I used 2 bags and brewed for 5mins, rich, dark, chocolately coffee and the perfect way to start the day, on the patio with a big mug of delicious coffee!

Hi Michelle,
Thank you for such a fantastic review! It’s wonderful to hear that Big Shot exceeded your expectations, especially after trying so many other coffee bags. Two bags in a big mug, five minutes brewing and a morning on the patio sounds like a pretty perfect way to enjoy it!
Thank you for giving us a try, and we hope you continue to enjoy every cup.

Smells great, but doesn't taste like it smells.
Coffees smell extraordinary, but after brewing a cuppa with them, tend to just taste of regular coffee; Albeit very smooth and pleasant coffee still!
Expensive for what tastes like a regular brew, but could just be I'm not sophisticated enough to sniff and sip haha!

Hi chumpychumps,
Thank you for taking the time to share such an honest review. We’re glad you enjoyed the smoothness of the coffee, even if the flavour didn’t quite match the aroma for you.
Taste is very personal, and different coffees can reveal more depending on brew time, water temperature and cup size. We really appreciate you giving the range a try — and your sense of humour too!

Dear Robin,
Thank you for your review. We’re sorry, but we believe this may have been intended for a different business, as Artisan Coffee Co is an online retailer and does not operate a coffee shop.
We hope you’re able to direct your feedback to the correct venue. I think this might be the company you are talking about: https://artisancoffee.co.uk
