Did an $89.99 knife Pre-purchase (red handle) in February. It's May and I forgot about the order. Saw the same knife (in yellow) late April in one of their e-mails, bought it again! 'This time I had a $5 reward so it was $84.99. They took the money out of my account both times. Neither knife has arrived and they have ignored multiple, multiple messages and attempts to reach them for an explanation. No response at all. I have contacted my bank to pursue recovery of what I can only describe as stolen money.

I have sent several emails and several messages through their website contact us form. I wait weeks and get no response.

The knife I purchased is a CJRB Resource. It was missing the left-hand pocket clip which is the entire reason I bought the knife!

It is becoming very clear to me that CJRB customer service is nonexistent. I will not be spending my hard-earned money on any of their products ever again.

I ordered 2 knives on August 29th 2025. The package got stuck at the FedEx hub in Grove City Ohio. Its been there since September 4th, it is now September 18th. FedEx says its not their problem after 7 days. They said Artisian Cutlery must start a case. I have emailed Artisian 4x with absolutely zero response or help. Their phone number is not in service and both emails will not respond.

I have purchased 6 Artisan Cutlery/CJRB knives for myself and gifted as many, if not more, away to friends and family. In March, I purchased the new Artisan Cutlery Revel. I received the knife and button lock didn't work properly. I immediately contact their customer service department for an exchange. To date, I have received no response. The fact that no one has responded to my request for a return on this knife, which clearly does not perform as expected, is really too bad. Obviously my business means nothing to their company.
