Unbelievable
Unbelievable! I tried to contact you but no way, 10 emails, 100 calls, 50 messages and nothing whatsoever happened, no response until I thought it was a scam! I had to speak to my bank to cancel the payment, after a week my order came to the address that I was calling to change, I had to wait in my previous address for 2 hours in order to get my delivery. Very very poor customer service support.

Missing item in order
My package from Artisan Italian was delivered missing an item, which happened to be the most expensive item in the order.
I've received no response to various methods of contacting them, including email, whatsapp and the live chat on their website.

We had a fantastic dining experience at this charming Italian restaurant with our family! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for our gathering. The food was absolutely delicious! We particularly enjoyed the creamy Fettuccine Alfredo and the flavorful Margherita Pizza—both were cooked to perfection and bursting with authentic Italian flavors. The staff was attentive and friendly, adding to our overall experience. We can’t wait to return for another delightful meal!

A disappointed customer…
I purchased a selection of products for a special occassion. The package arrived on the due date, unfortuneatly it was damaged and wet. I agreed to accept it reluctantly. On opeing it one of the cooler bags had split and also the container for the fresh ricotta. This resulted in some of the products getting wet. This probably happened during transit, however it should have had more robust packaging. So on this occassion I am a disappointed customer.

No order received
Placing the order was relatively easy. Website said product was in stock. Received confirmation of order email, the next day received a refund. No Explanation and no communication as to why and no apology. One star for placing the order and one star for quick refund. Website should really indicate items out of stock.
