They sent me a very cheap shirt in the wrong size and have asked me to pay for shipping to get the right size... I'd stay away with these kind of policies.

First order of shirts the printing was far from satisfactory and it did take some time to be able to make contact. However once contact was finally established the company resent the defective shirts which were at a satisfactory standard. I’m not unreasonable and I did leave a bad review but as I promised if the issue is resolved I would change my review which I now have. Their products are good I think it may come down to workers in the factory perhaps getting a bit lazy towards the end of the year.
I do thank Artistshot for resolving the issue in the end.

I bought a zip up hoodie. Quality is great. The customer service was great. Will def be ordering again. This is a small company competing with giants. If you want to support your fellow working stiff, help build small business back in this country... give them a shot.

I ordered a license plate frame from them. Online the printing was clear and easily readable. When the actual plate arrived, the print was tiny, and so feint, you couldn't even read the entire word. I might as well have bought a plain black license plate frame with nothing on it. I emailed their Customer Service email and got NO RESPONSE. Crappy product, horrible customer service. I would avoid this company completely. This license plate was a Christmas present. SO DISAPPOINTING.
FOLLOW-UP, after writing this review, I sent another message to Customer Service, letting them know I just left a review about my very negative experience. THEN, I received a response, stating they had missed my original email (I used the same train from my original email, so I know it made it). I sent photos of my poorly printed frames. The Customer service rep was very communicative and helpful. He has all the information. To your credit, he is sending a new set of frames. Hopefully this time the print will be visible and even readable. Let's see. Please check and confirm that they are being created, much better this time. That would be wonderful. Thank you, AW

Ordered from Australia. Was expecting to pay delivery but the fee was ridiculous. My choice to pay it, and I did thinking that fee would mean speedy delivery.
Which would have all been fine had the item been delivered.
Notification days ago that item had been delivered. It was not delivered. Email sent to advise that was the case.
No response.
No item.
Do your research before ordering from this company. Wish I’d read the reviews.

This website is full of designs stolen from other people. My designs I uploaded to Amazon and Redbubble are being offered by multiple "designers" on this site. No copyright reviews are taking place when user upload "their" designs.

Ordered a sweatshirt with expedited shipping, it said id receive before Xmas and did not. Color and picture was right, quality was good, but it was the wrong size. even came with a sticker that had order number and size XL, and I got a medium. Called and office is closed. I emailed and if they fix it and refund the expedited shipping I will update this review. As of now I would not recommend them!

I paid for the deluxe shipping and I really don't know why. It's over a week the shirt is still not here. It was gift. DONT PAY THE EXTRA TO SHIP. The deluxe was almost 14 dollars down the drain. UPDATE : After writing them about the shipping, the only response they gave ( 7 days later) was a photo of it shipped. I received my package. The problem is paying almost 14 dollars extra for it not to get here in the time frame it was supposed to. You are ripping people off.

The selection is good, and unlike many who have left reviews, I received my order. My frustration is the quality of the T shirt is poor. The stitching around the neck band came undone about 2-3 months after arriving - this was not because of excessive wear, etc. It was due to a poor quality product. :(

Charged me on 12/12 for the Christmas gift purchases I made through their website. Got a credit card notification of the charge, but I NEVER received a confirmation email nor a follow up email with tracking information. I can’t access the purchase details on the website without the confirmation number from the email I never received. I paid extra for delivery by 12/21…I guess that won't be happening :( SCAM
Now I have no gifts for my brother or sister to open!!

After the response from the company and their ability and willingness to refund the expedited shipping fee I am now more than pleased. I will say communication wasn't the best as a few of their agents seemed a bit testy and short with me. However the product that arrived was exactly how we ordered it and exactly how it appeared on the site. Furthermore it is very good quality duffles that yes actually made it a day before we had to leave on our trip so kudos to them for still coming through!!

I placed a order for my son on Dec 3rd. They took my money. I contacted customer support they told me card didn't go through. I sent them a copy of the payment. They did not say they would be issuing me a refund. I am very dissapointed that my son will not be receiving the shirt I ordered him. I will dispute with my card.

My wife placed an order and received NO confirmation but her cc has already been charged. Reading the other reviews this seems to be common. Maybe the BBB needs to be contacted. You have no problem taking the money but provide no proof of purchase. Figure it out!

Placed order on 2 December and on ordering gave expected arrival of the latest 13 December. Did not receive email confirming order or invoice. I reached out to Facebook messenger and was told order would arrive by the end of the week. It didn’t.
Contacted customer support and got a generic response from manager about production and delivery timeframes. I highlighted the information on ordering and through messenger. I got a reply, “ They got it wrong” with no apology.
I asked for clarity of order delivery and requested a refund if arrival wouldn’t be within the week. A refund payment email was sent but once again no apology.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a gift and received the wrong item. Reached out to customer service with no response. Sent a DM on Instagram, no response.
