I have really enjoyed my learning…
I have really enjoyed my learning journey with Artium Academy. What I value most is the opportunity to learn one-to-one from experienced teachers who give personalised feedback and understand the individual student's strengths and areas for improvement.
I particularly enjoy learning Bollywood/film songs with a foundation in Indian classical music. The online format works very well for me as I live in Sweden, and it allows me to continue my learning consistently despite being away from India.
The practice tools available through the platform, such as Tanpura, Piano, Metronome and recording, are also very useful for practising between classes.
For me, Artium has made it possible to pursue singing in a structured way while balancing it with my other commitments. It has been a very positive experience so far.

My New Life with Artium…
My musical journey started with Artium some 8 months after a some sad experience in my life.
I always had a great love for music but was never encouraged along that pathway. My dad was a professonal classical singer and my mum a talented alround singer of which i felth that I never measured up too.
Yet i ventured forth with Artium in my quest to be able to sing devotional and film songs. This was no easy task because i cannot read or speak hindi.
This is when i met my tuitor Koyel Ji.
What an adventure this was and continues to be. Due to her dedication, support, guidance, teaching, commitment gentle but assertive leadership ( to name but a few) i was able to learn and grow both professionslly and personally along this musicsl adventure of mine. It did not matter that i cannot read, write or understand hindi. We would expolore the meaning of each song and master how to pronounce each word until Koyel was happy. I have gained so much holisticaly from the exposure and experirnce during my time ay Artium. I feel happy, peacefull, contented and part of a family. I now aspire to contine along this musical pathway to be the best i can be under the guidance of my musical guru Koyal Ji and the Artium family and community as a whole.

I am fifty years old now. during my young age i wished to learn carnatic singing, but i couldnot as i had diversions. now artium academy has made my dream come true. earlier i learnt few classes with madam aishwarya. she was good and she taught some film songs. now madam atulya chandran is teaching me. i enjoy my classes very much, as she is very much interesting in imparting the carnic lessons clearly in a step by step manner. she is very good in teaching film songs too with all the nuances. thank u artium academy and thank you madam.

My musical journey in popular Hindi music began nearly a year ago with my fantastic teacher, Suraksha Kumar. We shared laughter and enjoyment during the learning process, and she always guided me back on track whenever I strayed.My journey hasn't finished here; it's just the beginning. Finding a good teacher solves half your problem.There was a time when I don't know how to correct my self and even if I am hitting the right note now I am capable to know Atleast my mistakes. I also started western singing classes with Vivaan, who taught me how to sing without straining my voice. The teachers and staff are experienced and supportive.
