The entire process was a breeze, and customer service was fast and professional whenever I needed assistance. My only suggestion would be to improve pricing to make it more affordable :)

Artkive was so easy to use. I put my saved greeting cards in order and sent the box in. The cards were beautifully photographed and I was presented with a proof book. With the proof book you can rearrange the cards if you wish. I will definitely use them again.

The book is beautiful! I loved being able to speak to a human for the questions I had. I plan to do two more books.

I wanted a way to appreciate my mother’s encouragement at a moments notice without digging through stacks of cards. Having them in a book means I can open to just the right page in an instant. It is a quality book with clear images. 10/10!

I was very pleased with the book that was returned to me from the sympathy cards I sent in. The company does a good job of keeping you apprised of where they are in the process. You get the choice of getting the cards returned to you or not. I have already shared this company on Facebook. I highly recommend them.

The process was so easy. And I love the end result.

I paid extra to have my child’s artwork shipped back to me. Artkive used Amazon to return it to me, and they lost it. Priceless, irreplaceable and gone forever. It was supposed to be delivered 4/13 but never arrived. I contacted Artkive 4/19 and didn’t get a response for 3 days which they say is standard company policy for their “small, parent-run” company. It took several more emails and two weeks to get the head of customer service to respond to me. She seemed apologetic but only offered a refund and duplicate copy if the art didn’t arrive by 5/8. It never did and I had to email to ask if there was anything beyond a refund and duplicate they would do for me. Her response was no and it was out of their control. I felt dismissed. I am heartbroken that it’s all gone. I feel like they should’ve offered more even though nothing can replace what they lost. I told this to Artkive, and they said only if I removed this review, would they give me a complementary art book. Don’t use this company if you ever want to see your child’s art again and don’t want to be bullied into keeping quiet. Like so many have said horrible customer service and my cover image was crooked! The quality of their product is no better than if you took your own pictures of the art and made a Shutterfly book!

This experience was fantastic! The Book was so much better than I even imagined. The photographs were professional And reflected each different medium well. I am making another right away!!!

What a wonderful, quality product! I purchased this to combine cards from when my husband & I were dating through our engagement & wedding. The photos truly capture every detail of each card & the color of the printing is perfect! I highly recommend purchasing this for any projects (helps to downsize as well!). Would make a great gift idea too!

This was a pricey album. It when it came back it was perfect! Beautifully done.

This company has been the biggest game changer for my household!!!! Every parent should create these books or works of art to make sure we keep our babies treasures forever! I already have two books that contains my son’s projects, art, creations , etc… from when he was 2 years old til now and he’s 7! Thank you Artkive!

I think that this is a fantastic idea; my husband introduced me to it and I’m glad that he did. I do think that the price is a bit too high because let’s be honest, our kids create a lot of art. I felt as though the communication was spot on, although delivery time was slow and I think there are some hiccups with arranging pick up on the site. My only complaint about the books that I received was that some of the writing was hard to read, meaning too light. The consumer has the opportunity to do any edits they’d like and request changes but I didn’t feel the need to do so because everything looked so good. However, when I received the final books I absolutely loved them, but like I said quite a few pages were hard to read.

The process was easy. Communication was perfect and constant updates. Preview was excellent, I will be doing several more books!

Very high quality product, easy process, and worth the money to save me time and extra work!

This is my 3rd book with Artkive and I am always so happy with the process, company communication and the final product!! I literally tell all of my friends to use them!
