Great product, quick order processing and shipping. The blunt tip paint markers are working well adding a stripe to electrical wiring. We've used sharp point markers and they don't hold a line well on... Toon meer

I met some reps at the NASCC here in Atlanta. Very helpful and informative. Which got our business immediately. Made an order as soon as we left the show. I know they are just markers. But being in the steel industry finding a good one to stand up with continuous markings is hard to come by. But these are the absolute best ones i have found for our company to have on us at all times.

I want a refund
I want a refund. The pen does not cover --"obscure information permanently" It's already going dry and I've only been trying to cover signatures on 50 or so pages.
Please let me know how to return.

Great quality items
Great quality items, packaged with care and received in perfect condition.
Delivery was slow, though I'm sure it is to keep the customers price down.
All in all, couldn't be happier with Artline USA.

The cap for the 509 dry marker required more than 6 lbs of force to remove it. I know that keeping air out of the marker tip is important but there are ways to do this without requiring a lot of force on a snap mechanism. I thought it was a twist off at first because of this.
