On one of the canvases I received the frame was broken at the back (probably broken in transit even though they were in a good cardboard box)... I rang Neville and spoke to a brilliant guy. As the canvases come in a pack of two, he sent me a replacement one and gave me the other canvas at cost price and they arrived the next day. Great service thank you !

wrong colour sent
I asked for 4 tubes of Reeves deep turquoise and got one correct colour and labelled and 3 wrongly coloured and wrongly labelled tubes. Very useless for me and i now went with another company for my project...

I have never heard of any of our paints being incorrectly labeled before and I would not like for you to be disappointed. I have paid for the delivery although…
I have paid for the delivery although my item cost was a fraction under 75 euro - 74 euro & some change - 7 euro. I placed my order on the 21st of November @ 9:45 AM and received it on the 29th @20:00 PM via GLS. They should change their delivery process. I emailed them asking for information on my delivery and still waiting for an answer, I will not buy from them again.
