Always great service from The Art…
Always great service from The Art Materials Company.ie but I wish you guys would use a different courier service to Fastway Couriers. Fastway Couriers have to be the worst courier service in the country. They dump the delivery packages on the clay at the gate in the pouring rain, frost or whatever the weather. My house is about 60-70mts from the gate and I can't see any packages from my house. Packages could be there for hours and soaking wet when I find them. My neighbours have the same problem with Fastway Couriers. They should be called 'Worstway Couriers' as that's what they are.
It would be great if you guys could use DPD Courier service instead. They are excellent. I like ordering from Art Materials Ireland as I find them great to deal with and I've been dealing with them for years from when I used to live in County Kildare and now that I'm living in County Galway. The Fastway Courier issue would encourage me to order my Art materials from elsewhere unfortunately which would be such a pity as I liked dealing with your company for my art supplies.
