Great Gifts Ideas with GREAT service
Bought some Christmas gifts from Art-O-Rama. Lots to choose from and I found really perfect gifts. The quality of the items are top-notch (t-shirts). Stay far away from ART-O-RAMA because of their “no return policy!!”ordered a woman’s t-shirt 2XL and it’s more like a women’s medium.It’s a gift for a friend. I tried to explain to the person, from Art-O-RAMA through email, I think it was Phil, that the shirt is no where near a 2XL and I would like to exchange for a men’s 3XL, but their policy is no returns. I will never buy from them again b/c if something is not what I expected I’d like to be able to return.

UPDATE:
The owner responded to my inquiry and addressed the issue - socks are on the way and he even offered a new set of tshirts printed on thicker Gildan fabric gratis. Overall, they made some errors on my order but were expedient enough to make the necessary corrections…kudos and thanks!
Initially, I did not receive the socks I ordered, just the shirts. I’m still awaiting a reply to my email and/or a refund…we shall see.
