Absolutely stunning art work fast delivery and brilliant customer service

So pleased with print that I ordered, quick delivery as promised. The print was well packaged, I would buy again from this company !

Ordered 2 prints and the products were amazing. The communication with Artprintshop was really good, the responses were full of information and had a rapid response rate. Easy to order, brilliant valve for money and delivery was smooth.
Would happily use them again for more prints or canvas work.

Love the print and frame but it is let down by them showcasing in perspex rather than glass. Expected better for £150.

Have had 3 prints from here now and love them all, great images and really good quality framing!

Ordered 2 canvas prints. Was apprehensive as I had never ordered art online. Sadly my fears regarding shipment were realised.
Main issue is they use FEDEX as couriers who are awful
Only delivered 1 of 2 paintings which took 1 week not advertised speedy delivery. Eventual delivery of second item was not communicated, I was stuck at work and it was left OUTSIDE during Storm Dara!! My neighbour rescued it before it got blown away.
On plus note, I love one painting, the other considering returning as disappointing in flesh :( but the packaging was damaged in storm thanks to FedeX

Out of focus print in the cheapest possible frame cost over £100 total rip off gave one star because it arrived otherwise it would have received 0

Great quality print, delivered quickly and looks brilliant on my feature wall. Had lots of compliments already. Really brightens the room, would definitely recommend.

I ordered an abstract canvas that arrived next day- really good service! Well packaged and superb quality. Was a little nervous about ordering online but need not have worries as everything was exactly as described. Will order again as I need more art for other rooms.

The selection on the website and fast delivery is the only reason this company gets 1 star.
I ordered a print from here and was delighted when it arrived so quickly. Then I saw the quality of the print - it was blurry and not up to a standard where I wanted to keep it. I followed their policy and got in touch with them to arrange a return, it should have been a warning when I was offered to keep it for half the price. I continued with the return knowing it would be at my own cost but I was never advised by the company on the best way to return it so I went with the courier that delivered it. That’s when I was charged £29(!) after getting back in touch with them I was accused of not knowing how to return an item properly and only returning it because I no longer liked the print or the colour of it, even after explaining that it was because of the quality of it. They apparently “checked it” and thought it looked fine.
I’m now out of pocket £29 and have nothing to show for it and they just keep blaming me.
