I really appreciate the responsiveness and follow-through of the Artspan team. I've needed help a few times and it's easy to utilize their support feature to ask a question or describe something you are trying to achieve. And, then they work with you to reach a successful outcome. I'm very glad I'm using Artspan's platform and services for my artist website!

Customer service has been wonderful for technical issues, policy questions, shipping questions. The response time is very quick, and always my questions are answered professionally and thoroughly. Madelene is exceptional. She is very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, always answering with kindness.

I like all the options available for setting up a page that suits the artist. The program is easy to learn and very effective, in addition to providing a pleasing, viewable, and very readable layout.

These folks are so helpful and gladly so. this is the easiest web site builder, no struggling, super practical and offers all that you need. if you have issues, who doesn't, they respond usually before the day is out.

I am canceling my artspan web provider service mostly because they are to expensive for my needs. Great site if you can afford it. As I am canceling the site I want to switch over my domain to my new less expensive company and instead of an authorization code which I emailed them for earlier today, they decided to CHARGE me again for the domain name that I am now transferring to someone else. This is typical for ARTSPAN I had a similar problem almost a year to the day last year with them double charging for my site.

Very unresponsive on technical problems. Artspan does very little for exposure for artists, next to nothing in fact. Everything is done within their website. They don't do social media. When there is a billing problem or technical issue (which is pretty common) they are slow to respond and not friendly. Their customer service is pretty bad. I had multiple repetitive problems with getting my domain name connected to Artspan. (It never did work) They were not helpful, even though I was paying for their top tier most expensive service. Their website is also quite clumsy and not as user friendly as it should be. I would not recommend them to artists at this time.
Edited to add this quote from Artspan's response: " It is easy for visitors to find work they like." That sums it up. They do not work for artists, they work for the buyer. They are buyer-centric. Artist think they will be promoted, but very few are. It seems random who is. They take the money from the artist and do very little promotion. I have never even seen my work in the AS marketplace in 12 months time, despite paying Artspan over $30 a month.

I've used Artspan for many years and have always been impressed with its ease of function and prompt, professional support staff. I have had few problems over this time, but when they occur I know that they'll be quickly resolved. They're a first-class service on every level, and I highly recommend them.

The team responded quickly, addressed an out-of-the-box issue, resolved it, and followed up to verify that I was satisfied with the outcome. Maeve always responds to my emails promptly, which is really appreciated. Thanks to their support, setting up my website was a breeze, and I've never encountered any issues with Artspan. Overall, it's been a wonderful journey working with them.

As with many artists, my technical knowledge is pretty basic. Even so, I do try to solve problems myself. Artspan.com is amazing. I accidentally called Artspan. org and could never get a response. I finally learned I was calling the wrong Artspan. I have had great service from Artspan.org and I am a rookie at building an online gallery. I would highly recommend Artspan.com to others like me who are roomies at marketing our art.

Absolute best customer service by far. I contacted Artspan by email on a Sunday, hoping for a reply on Monday. I got a response from the founder in probably about five minutes. I explained that I have a Brain Injury Disability and I rely on simple routines and when I came to a part of building my site my brain was having a great deal of difficulty. Just imagine learning something new and it taking five times longer then a person with an uninjured brain plus all the symptoms I get. Not only did they respond quickly but they ended up doing the portion of the site that I couldn't figure out.

I am so grateful I decided to join this site and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Ordering from Artspan online gallery and Marketplace was easy. I was able to search for specific style of artwork and found a beautiful piece to order for my parents anniversary. The artwork was received and they were thrilled with it.
