Bromleys Art Supplies Reviews

Delivered when expected and contents well packaged to avoid damage.

A lovely experience shopping with Bromleys Art Supplies. Their website is easy to browse with plenty of information for each product. Easy checkout experience too. My order arrived promptly and was very well packaged by Steven. Thank you :)

Excellent prices, fast free delivery on low value order, used many times and always excellent.

Ive enjoyed dealing with Bromley’s Art Supplies. At times they’ve had items available that were difficult to get hold of. Ive recently boosted my supply of Caran D’Ache Museum Aquarelle pencils and even when there’s a few they always arrive in good time, and very well-wrapped. When I originally phoned for advice, Bromley’s were very helpful too. So all around great service and superb customer service.

Always quick, efficiant and good value

Easy to order, great prices, securely packed by Blessing.

Sometimes I get into difficulty shopping online. When I phone Bromley’s I always get the help I need and this is so much better than trying to tell a machine my problems. Also their prices are usually better than other suppliers. Bromley’s are a well established family business why would I go anywhere else for my art supplies?

Bromley’s Art Supplies have an unparalleled range of high quality art supplies. Their service is excellent and I highly recommend that you purchase from them. The items are packed carefully. Their service is personable and they are very helpful.

This is a great company to deal with. Helpful staff and goods arrive quickly and ver well packaged. I have never received anything damaged. You can buy in store, it is only small but the staff are great at helping you. My first choice for art supplies.

I've ordered from Bromleys several times, and this order was as good as previous ones. Quality items at a reasonable price and promptly delivered. Highly recommended for anyone looking for art supplies.

I’m so pleased to have discovered Bromleys Art. The service is excellent from start to finish - orders are processed quickly and delivery is always speedy. I really appreciate the new post box option, which helps keep delivery costs down.

Bromleys genuinely feels like a small business that cares, with lovely personal touches such as a note showing who packed the order. The thoughtful packaging stands out too, with items like pens and brushes packed in paper bags rather than excessive plastic.

They offer excellent value for money, often running discounts that make high-quality art supplies more affordable. The range of products is impressive, with options to suit different budgets and creative needs.

Overall, Bromleys Art is reliable, personal, and great value — a brilliant place to shop for art supplies.

Ordered some items on Friday 23rd January and delivered today - which is exactly what was promised and on time, although the outer package having sustained minor damage but it's only a nitpick as the items themselves are fully intact. In addition, the letterbox service (only applies to the UK) is very helpful and affordable, because it saves me a load of hassle when ordering small items like pencils, brushes and paint tubes and only pay a small fee (£3) for postage compared to the default meant to be for medium and large items (£4.50-£12). Though in case I have free postage cost as my items in total cost £25+.

It definitely helps Bromley Art Supplies is located in Bolton, not really that far from my home in Manchester, and in some cases, their prices are more affordable and various than my go-to shop for art supplies Fred Aldous.

I had a question regarding the actual size of a floor light. My question was answered almost immediately, giving me the exact details I needed, to which I then purchased my floor light.

Quick response with an excellent range of art supplies.

I ordered some watercolour late on 19th Dec but didn’t think I would get it by Xmas day. Arrived on Xmas eve! Easy website, brilliant delivery options. Really pleased and thoroughly recommend Bromleys .

I purchased the Inscribe Soft Pastels - 64 Asst Half Size and the Blue Acorn Softback Kraft Cover Sketchbook in A5, A4 and A3 as a gift for my grandaughter who is currently doing Art at GCSE level. The items were really good value, and they were dispatched quickly.

I have placed several orders and have only praise for the product range, quality and choice, oh, and price! I keep up to date with sales by being on the mailing list, and I don't consider that I am overly bombarded.

I do look at prices from other suppliers when I am shopping for my art materials and generally Bromleys is pretty competitive on product price and the 'spend' for free postage or the 'letterbox' service.

I make no comment about returns arrangements or response to concerns as I haven't had any.

The speed of delivery was pretty good and each order has arrived well packed in recyclable or reusable packaging. There was a nice touch with my last order in including a free bottle of acrylic flow medium.

An excellent range of art materials at very keen prices. I bought two Leporello concertina sketchbooks and am very pleased with the price, quality of the paper, and speedy delivery.

Always great products delivered quickly, had a small issue with a recent brush order which customer services were really helpful and quick to resolve. Will always buy my art supplies here 😀

I have been using Bromley’s Art Supplies for 20 years plus. The products, on their website and brochure, are usefully presented with helpful support. When they arrive, they are carefully packed and arrive punctually.
