Bromleys Art Supplies Reviews

Can't be beaten on product range, service, packing and quick delivery!

I am so happy to have found Bromley’s Art Supplies. All of my orders have been 100% correct, sent quickly and very well packaged. The prices are good and the customer service is spot on. I’m an on going happy customer.

When the company decides to respond to both emails concerning my last order, especially the damage to the items, maybe I'll give them a better review. This is not the kind of service experienced in the past.
UPDATE My original 1* review prompted an immediate response and to give credit where it's due the issue has been resolved. I still can't give a 5* as I've done in the past though in view of the experience with this particular order.

Items received in Excellent condition, nice and quickly.
Catalogue would have been lovely to keep but it was crammed into the box with the pastels so was too screwed up to bother keeping after a quick skim through. The artist doesn't use the internet so the catalogue would have been great.

Updated
New Catalogue received, super quickly. Thank you so much Mother-in-law will be delighted
Would give 6 Stars if I could.

I have been buying from Bromleys since they were Ken Bromleys, for about 20 years now. Not only do they provide a goid selection of quality products at competitive prices, their customer service is unbeatable. I also love that it is a family-owned and run business. Plus the attention to detail with the little “This was packed by (name) - happy painting” card. Whether you’re a pro or a hobbyist, you’ll have a great experience buying from Bromleys!

I recently went to Bromileys Art Supplies shop to purchase Rosa Gallery watercolours and was pleased to be able to try them out first. I have bought from them online since then as their prices and products are great quality and value. Delivery was fast and well packaged. I'm very pleased and recommend them.

1st time ordering and everything was perfect, price, packaging and delivery. Will continue to be a customer, Thank you

Spent a while trying to find a specific brush pen (colour/type). Bromleys had this listed on offer on their site. Ordered several of these using their online ordering system. Couldn't fault it. Easy to order, cheap postage and despatched and received in very quick order. I will definitely use them again.

Having only just discovered Bromleys, I bought a few things from them recently and the service I received has been super. Goods arrive swiftly and are well packaged. The things I purchased were cheaper than other places too which is always a bonus. I will definitely buy from them again.

Great competitive pricing. Items arrived quickly and packaged very well. Amazing customer service that will bring me back to order from here compared to other retailers. Very happy customer, thank you!

Helpful support and great prices. My go to art website.

Bromleys is very competitive price wise, and they always deliver quickly and well packed. I've ordered a number of brushes and paints and have been pleased with the service. Any order questions have been quickly answered by helpful staff on the phone.

Their catalogue is a mine of valuable information and their large range of products are despatched quickly

Quick and efficient delivery's with next day also available at a small price. I was also delighted that they had proffesional people on hand to answer any queries I had regarding obtaing a given product for a particular art work project. Great friendly company.

Excellent company, it can be confusing ordering different sizes, grades etc of loose watercolour sheets. Bromleys make it super easy as well as having very competitive prices, huge variety of stock and helpful customer service.

Super fast shipping. Best price. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you

Very good company that I’ve used for over 20 years. My friend recommended them and I’ve never had a problem. One order went astray, but that was quickly sorted after a phone call. Everything in stock in your basket ends up being delivered, unlike some other companies. Thanks Bromley’s. I continue to recommend you to my learners and on YouTube.

Huge range of great-quality products at competitive prices.
