Surprisingly durable given some of the reviews. The frame is solid and sturdy, the corners sharp and strong. The matting was cut well, though the edging of the bezel isn't quite even. Hard to notice a... Toon meer

The inner mat barely covered my 9 x 24 painting. It took a while to get it set to make sure it was all under the mat. It did not leave any play for adjustment. The frame is nice , The acrylic glass was great and the mats were nice, just cut a bit bigger than planned.

June, we’re glad you were happy with the frame, acrylic, and mats overall. We’re sorry the inner mat opening left so little room to position your painting comfortably. We appreciate you pointing this out and are glad you were ultimately able to get the artwork set properly.

Had an issue with one of 2 frames the first time in shipping. Even though it was a minor issue- it wasnt good enough to display. The situation was handled promptly and with ease for the most part. Value of the frames is about as good as your going to find unless your ordering bulk direct from China- especially odd sizes.

Initially ordering was a bit confusing
Initially ordering was a bit confusing. As an artist I am used to ordering by the frame opening size and the mat opening size; not by the size of my artwork.
I was very satisfied with the product. The package was delivered inside my screened solid roof entry foyer as it should have been although I was puzzled as to why it was not left leaning against the solid wall but instead was left against the one screened wall that left the package unprotected in the unpredictable south Florida rain. Again, I was very satisfied with the product, but could only rate it 4 stars overall due to the above two issues.

We’re glad you were very satisfied with the finished product, and we appreciate your perspective as an artist on how the sizing options are presented during ordering. We’re also sorry the package was left against the screened wall rather than in the more protected area of your entryway. Thank you for sharing both points with us—they’re helpful feedback.

I picked up a piece from a local artist on an overseas trip. It did not fit standard frame sizes here at home, and the custom frame options available were limited and expensive. ArtToFrames to the rescue! I found the perfect frame for a third of the cost. I love it!

The website made it very easy to choose exactly the right frame and matte. There were plenty of choices and uploading my photo with measurements made it incredibly easy to make the perfect choices. The frame quality is great and the prices are reasonable. Hanging hardware was exactly as described and easy to use. The whole process worked well and the quality was super.
