My experience with artycraftz is okay. I used to contact them directly for my orders regular and get updates. Receiving my parcels. Just my suggest update delivery.

I made order for some baskets and wooden etikopaka return gift for my baby shower. Received package in good condition.

Artycraftz has both pros and cons. The product quality and pricing worth. Cons is they need to update the tracking system only.

Brass material quality is superb and very solid. Can recommend to buy idols and staues.

Scam! They never delivered and after me asking for a refund stopped all contact. Do not buy!

I ordered igloo shaped terrarium on 15Mar and the product is not delivered till date. The tracking on ‘Xspressbee courier’ clearly shows that the order is still not picked up. When I called in to check why the product was not picked up for 4 days after packing. The lady from artycraftz confirmed that the order was picked up on 20March. When I stressed why the courier would not update their own website, the lady at artycraftz started yelling and was not listening. She asked me if I want a refund or my product. So when I probed her further, how will she process refund if the product is on it ways, she refused to listen and started abusing. After I disconnected the phone I called the courier company to confirm if the product was shipped and got a confirmation that the order ID was cancelled. Artycraftz.com is a scam which loots people of their money by displaying nice products which they don’t even have. I lodged a complaint with cyber police against this website and got my refund.

I ordered ghungroos more than a month ago. They have not delivered, nor are they responding. A lady called Savita answered WhatsApp calls twice and told me she would share delivery details. This was a week ago. Still she has not shared any detail.

Would like to give them negative star if it was available. They are big time scammers and cheaters. Fraudsters. I placed an order on 15th sep, till date no sign of delivering the order. Tried to follow up on multiple platforms initially they responded saying the order is on the way but after that they completely stopped responding. They are big time thieves sitting and gulping people’s hard earned money.

No order I'd sent or no SMS or email with order details.. no response to complaint on website.. some initial responses and then when I ask for refund , no responses

I purchased brass matsya avatar murti for my sister house warming. The package came in neatly packed. I think they should improve in their customer service

This is a fraud website...
I ordered a wall art costing around 3600 on 4th of july, it's been 21 days now they haven't even dispatched..
1 week ago a person called and said this is my startup now I will be taking care of ur oder and u will receive in maximum 4 days...
Yesterday I burst out on him and said I don't need this product just refund my money...
Today they r not even picking up the phone...
I am going raise a complaint on cyber crime bout this website...
And any of u willing to buy from this website I request don't trust them ever.. what so ever they say..
I wish they will soon repay the 100th time the amount they scam from others...

Guys this is my update on 30th September, it's 3 whole month and now they r not picking my calls , one reply ,will call u later. No refund till date it's been 3 months....I got in to their trap... Plz don't u all even think once to trust them...They are pro liars.... Don't even afraid of their any karma.. I curse them to be punished hard with no mercy....

This is a scam website . They never delivered the product . did not refund the money . already raised dispute case against them . they are not replying to that as well . Stay away from this scammers.

Received items in way package with pricing. Thanks for sending me earlier. After reading few reviews I thought whether will purchase. But received. Thanks again.

Hello everyone, please don't trust this. It's fraud. It's 1 year n I don't have the product r refund. The partners speak adamantly. They change phone numbers. Please report to cyber crime. If we don't fight for right thing they will cheat.

These people didn't ship the order and instead they have shut down their website. Someone please help me lodge a legal complaint against these scamsters.

I ordered an item from them paid them money and noting came when i call them there number is changed and most important thing they are only available on WhatsApp call and messages. and they change there name with every new number. I have lost Rs.12536.

Yes I know This is a website made by a scamster and she is a lady from South India every month or two months she changes her mobile number. every time she changes her name like Panchali, Vaidhidhe, Slukshna or many names.
Please report her to cyber crime as I ordered for a brass statue 2 months ago but till date nothing has been received. When I call she puts all the matter on her Employee which is not there.....I have lost lot of money please do not order from this website

It's a scam, they are a group of fraud people who scam all persons who buy from them...after paying them they do kot send the order I lost 5098 Rs as I paid them in Advance for my order

Ordered a doll set on October 17th. The product has not been delivered. Cancelled the order and requested refund. Not received. I think someone is running a scam . No response to several attempts to contact by phone. I did not read the review before ordering. People should not order from this company. Will be cheated of your money. Beware.
