Artydome 

I have placed my order in April, paid 130$ and it's November and there is no order, but they surely charged my Credit Card!!

We paid for cutlery over a month ago and have chased via email (bounce back 24 hours) nothing emailed again nothing. Sent a message via Instagram and still nothing its been over a month and no dialogue let alone the product?
passed to PayPal as I feel this is a scam? Very poor customer service indeed.

I got the rose gold flatware set - I initially was disappointed because the forks and spoons aren't fully round like I thought they would be and don't have good weight. They are concave on the back to be stackable and easily shipped, like they are stamped into shape even on the handle. The knife though had a rounded handle.

However, the color and style was exactly what I was expecting and haven't experienced finish flaking issues yet after six months with heavy dishwasher use and hard water though they are prone to visible water spots.

Overall, they're a good in between random flatware to nice silverware in between if you're just starting out. I just upgraded to a Jazzupco set and they are exactly what I was looking for (almost too heavy!) and plan on keeping Artydome's set as a large group backup.

Side win - I LOVE Artydome's tiniest spoons, have gotten so many compliments and use them for everything from tasting spoons to sauce spoons to fancy kid spoons

I bought the black Napoli Flatware set at Artydome on sale (regular price 100 euros) and despite it being described as “very durable” and “dishwasher friendly” I'm already experiencing the black finish falling off after just three times of use. They don't offer to return the money, but at least will send me another set. Can unfortunately not recommend based on the quality compared to the promises in the description.

100% satisfied with the quality of the flatware set I have ordered from Artydome! I purchased 10 sets of Milano flatware 24 pieces, delivery was a bit long around 14 days but quite understandable during COVID periods. I use it for my restaurant and many guests complimented the style of the flatware! Quite impressive quality for this price range

I purchased gold cutlery for Christmas. I did not receive those on time. It took more than a month to get those. When I asked for a refund they wanted me to pay for the returning fees. I kept the cutlery. After a month I noticed that they start to discoloring. The gold was washing away. I never used the set. The quality is poor and very very cheap. They look nice but it is only about it. Please don’t buy anything from them.

Bought black flatware from Artydome and I am very insatisfied.

They make It look like it’s mat, when it’s not. The paint is already coming off after only 3 weeks usage, they feel super light and unqualitative.

Don’t buy their flatwares. They are cheap.

I saw a classic cutlery set (black of course) from a Facebook advertisement and bought it.

The set was shipped from abroad to the Netherlands so it went through two postal carriers. I checked the delivery yesterday and it said "delivered" even though I didn't receive it.

Reached out to the postal company in the Netherlands, they said it's not insured by them. Replied to the support agent Kevin, and he processed another shipment to be delivered and Artydome will take up the insurance claim themselves.

This peace of mind service and quick replies makes me very happy to buy from Artydome again.

I bought the Milano Luxury Flatware Set and when it arrived it was missing one spoon. I sent an email to their client service and they responded me instantly and send me with no cost my missing spoon. The service was excellent so were the products. I definitely recommend Artydome.

I ordered the Turino Luxury Flatware Set, really satisfied with the product. I made a great table for Christmas :) I will definitely order more products from them.

It is my 3rd order on this website, and all of the cutlery I have purchased looks stunning. On top of that, the customer support is always responsive on the whereabouts of my parcels.

Ordered the Milano set, delivery was a bit slow ( around 12 days ) but great quality silverware

i placed an order in october 21 st.. its dec 22 , 3 months later i havent recieved the order. I wrote many times and every time they said the order is on the way. The tracking number they provided showed clearly the item never left China and from Beijing airport went straight back to them and they tried told me that my country custom denied it, which is a lie!Yes product comes from China not from italy as promoted! Big scam! I am asking for a refund and they refuse to offer it. will take this tot he court. We can not let companies like this to scam hundred people with adds online which is false advertisement

Bin leider sehr unzufrieden! Warte schon 26 Tage auf meine Bestellung und das Kundendienst antwortet nicht!
Die ware kommt definitiv aus China und nicht aus Milano Italy wie auf der Webside beschrieben. Mal sehen ob die Wahre überhaupt kommt!

Es ist Tag 35 und Wahre immer noch da. Steckt fest zwischen China und Europa!!!!
