I use Arvow to search, review, and create evidence-based articles. While there was a learning curve at first, I’ve been surprised by the high quality of articles it produces. Arvow is now my main source for article creation and publication on my website. Most importantly, it automatically creates, advises on, and documents all the necessary SEO keywords for each article, saving me a lot of time and effort.
There’s much more to learn, and the platform continues to impress me with new features every day!

Arvow is an excellent piece of software. Once it’s set up and your automations are in place, it will consistently create and publish fresh, unique content on your website several times a day, complete with imagery. Every post can also be easily repurposed for LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.

That said, great results still start with great content, and Arvow absolutely delivers on that front. It’s the perfect foundation for automated, high-quality publishing.

Arvow is SO bad it feels like a scam. Avoid arvow at ALL costs.

Couple months on email loops trying to make things works but they never really fixed the problems

I’ve been using their service since the early days when Arvow was still called “Journalist AI.” But over a year later, core features like Amazon product review generation and blog post rewriting are still missing. The product itself is riddled with issues. AI-generated images with unreadable text, a disastrous user interface, and almost no impact on SEO.

As the year went by, I barely used the product, and I wasn’t able to get a refund for the tens of thousands of credits I never used, despite paying $1000. They claim it’s because of how their system works, which feels like a scam, especially since even the most advanced AI tools today offer unconditional refunds.

Then came the subscription renewal, even though I had canceled it. Their response was that refunds weren’t possible for the same reason I couldn’t get my money back the first time. I’m beyond frustrated. It feels like these people have no understanding of how to run a business.

I’ll do everything in my power to warn my network to stay far away from this product. Honestly, I’m embarrassed to even be in the same industry as these guys.

Arvow is a total scam. I canceled my subscription, but they kept charging me for 3 extra months without my consent. I reached out to their support multiple times and never received a single response.

On top of that, the articles they provide are complete garbage — poorly written, generic, and absolutely useless for any serious purpose. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and should not be trusted.

Be careful: once they have your payment details, they keep charging you even after cancellation. Save your money and avoid Arvow at all costs.

I made a mistake and bought a year instead of a month and I just wanted to see if they would work with me. As a small business owner that money was very important to me and it was impossible to get ahold of any customer service and they denied my refund regardless of the fact that I did not want to cancel my services, I just wanted some of the money back. Untrustworthy, money hungry and honestly not even worth the money after the fact. As close as it can get to being a scam without being a scam.

I don’t usually write reviews online, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others are not misled.

I gave Arvow very clear prompts, but the articles generated were completely off. Instead of delivering content tailored for a US-based corporate B2B audience as I clearly instructed, the output referenced DIY hobbyists and even UK suppliers. I tried generating a few more articles and they all had the same issues. The content consistently missed the brief and was unusable.

When I contacted support, I was told I needed to upgrade to another plan to get “branded, high-quality content that aligns with tone, product positioning, and audience.” But this is the most basic expectation any user would have from the platform. Locking that behind an upsell makes the experience feel less about delivering value and more about pushing upgrades for revenue. Considering I already paid over $80 a month for the Solo plan (originally $99 with a discount), being asked to spend even more for what should be a basic feature is unreasonable. The only positive is that I did not subscribe to the yearly plan, which would have been an even bigger waste of money.

When I declined to upgrade and asked for a refund, support stopped replying altogether.

My advice is to consider other platforms that offer greater transparency, clearer value, and a stronger track record. At this stage, Arvow is not a worthwhile investment.

Terrible support and functionality

The site's features rarely work, and despite paying for a business annual subscription I get very little support from "Alfonso". It's clearly a small operation run by a couple of cowboys. They take your money and then leave you to it. I won't be renewing my subscription.

It's a shame because the blogs that Arvow generates are actually decent, but so many of the site's features are broken that it makes working with the platform a very negative experience. My plan gives me 2000 credits a month, and they have not reset yet. They were supposed to reset yesterday, but I'm currently left with no credits until support decide to fix this, which may not ever happen. They don't care about your experience as a customer. For such an expensive service they should be doing more. Avoid.

Be careful using this company.

Bad support (stopped answering after they saw I canceled my subscription for next month). It is not possible to get a refund even if the product is barely used because of its poor performance for my use case. They said I need to upgrade to the more expensive plan, and maybe it will work then. Stopped answering my questions because "When a subscription is canceled, we can't spend resources on helping you with your account," although my subscription is not ended yet.

Avoid Arvow.com – They Continue Charging Even After You Cancel

I had a very disappointing experience with Arvow.com. Despite canceling my subscription, the company continued to charge me. I made sure to follow all the proper steps to cancel before the next billing cycle, yet the charges kept coming.

Trying to resolve the issue with their customer service was equally frustrating. Responses were slow, unhelpful, and in some cases, completely ignored. It felt like they were intentionally making it difficult to get a refund or even acknowledge the problem.

This kind of business practice is completely unacceptable. Charging customers after they’ve canceled is not only unethical but also shows a lack of respect for user trust.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. There are plenty of other services out there that respect their customers and handle subscriptions more transparently. Don’t waste your time or money with Arvow.com.
