Horrible experience and client service, before paying I asked clearly if "return" and refund is possible, they said yes since the dress is new collection and for how long they answered 15 days, I don't like trying clothes at stores so after trying it at home, I went back to return it as the style didn't suit me, they refused saying only change is possible and since I paid by card there's no return/refund at all and it's only possible in case paid with cash and within 3 days, since a client asked clearly before paying for information why they gave wrong/incomplet information, why they didn't tell me about paying with cash, I had cash with me as well, such a horrible experience, it was my first and last, as person who shop often a lot online and offline this business is bound to fail.
